GGG disguised the massive nerfs as these ''new gems''

Am i the only one feeling this way ?
Ive always felt like atleast half of the skills in path of exile were feeling shit to play with.
But now they destroyed the few good ones aswel.
I dont know. Everything feels garbage to play, build and invest time and curency into.
We got a garbage league. The only reason its not geting completly shit on is becouse it drops alot of loot but only IF you go magic find and run around in darknes like a headless chicken.
I cant be the only one feeling like this and seeing this shit.
I want to pick up a skill and enjoy playing with it and leveling with it and building it up.

I hope the Gauntlet highlights this shit and some pople bring this up.

Sort of. I agree many existing builds were taken down a large amount.

But, its not a nerf if you massively invest into gem quality now. You can get crazy stuff as you start approaching 80% and 100% gem qualities.

It does seem to take the game further and further away from

-Pick a fire melee skill, get fire damage and melee damage, work on gear, learn the fights, succeed

And more into

-Find weird interaction where a minion summoned by a totem while X flask is active does 172,000% more damage while you have this unique flask active and this keystone from a timeless jewel and this map mod up, and you have between -62% and -67% projectile speed. No need to learn fights, everything dies instantly, play with 2k life. Here is the weird way you keep all those active...

Yep exactly this.
Its like looking to pay a fun build.
You find one that looks kinda fun and the guy who made the build goes you need these exact 5 corrupts on these items and then on a friday afternoon you will drink this flask and deal all the damage.
I dont want that.
I i want my permanent minions.
I want my fun spells that i can pick up and gradualy invest in and gradualy make better. I dont want what we get at the moment.

Am i the only one feeling like that ? We will see.

Yes the transfigured gems are overall bad. almost all of them.
Yes you need to run around in some darkness bullshit in order to get good stuff.
