Tanky enemies already have known acceptable values that you can then use to desecrate if you want to do diceroll extra damage with DD, almost all the abuse scenarios now are literally where they forgot and then have to go back and tweak it to be in line.

If those values are too high then the scaling needs adjusting not removing as in if all new league content requires them to take their previous scale for monster health and constantly raise the limit that is a fundamental problem not a specific one and probably needs addressing as such (see expedition lul)

Also it isn't like they can't put a reduction on desecrate corpse life its already got bonuses on the passive tree its just a - instead of a +. But again its almost entirely outlier problems so all that would do is crap on any generic corpses and pidgeonhole everyone into going for the busted ones.

tldr - don't give monsters 800% life or make them unusable as spectres if you do
Yeah, they should scale every single enemy with life scaling in mind intead just remove this broken intereaction that causes only problems.
Latest patch nerfed my ability to play the game without crashing. At least once every map now, and performance hasn't changed at all.

At least no Windows blue screens. I was scared to death every time... what kind of programming is that?

and frezzes are unfortunately also annoying. That's why I don't play heist or anything else. because software regularly stops responding and has to be restarted.

Got online and restocked charged compasses, Sextants, and scarabs (not small investments), and it was just a giant waste.

If we're talking about corpses from Desecrate (which DD explode to deal damage), corpses life and monsters life are not always the same.

In PoE, monsters have normal and spectred versions. This allows GGG to balance monsters and spectres independately. Desecrate also spawns corpses of spectred versions. The intended base life multiplier bar of spectred versions is 360% (GGG use Kitava's Herald as a reference), when something raise it by mistake, it gets fixed.

You can even see this from the patch note (3.23.1)

Lowered the maximum life of the Spectred version of the Nameless Beast monster to match Kitava's Herald monsters.
The normal version stays unchanged, so when you fight them in maps, they are as tanky as before.
