for colorblind / vision issued people

If the OP is just going to keep misquoting and attacking people why was the thread not just fully locked instead of only a few posts being deleted? It was already established GGG had taken all practical steps for making the mechanic colorblind friendly, there's not really anything left to discuss. Telling people to never respond on the forums again after already being slapped on the wrist by a mod makes it clear they are only here for hostility.

Somebody claimed colourblind people is a negligible part of society, so implicitly GGG shouldn't care about it.

The reality is that around 10% of the population are different types of colourblind, which is a very large percentage for 'illnesses' like this. Many games therefore make adjustments, which is nice to see. Hopefully GGG will do that too one day.

I am deutanothrop, or at least i think i am :D I have very hard time distinguishing blue and purple whisp, they look the same to me. So i basicly need to look at numbers. Also, if i run map with ground effect, i am literaly blind in whilwood... Idk why can't they make something like Red, Blue, Yellow, with that in mind they would fix everything for us! This is very very hard for me and i feel very bad when i can't see blue whisps on ground or where to track them. Wish this is changed/fixed somehow

I'm colorblind as well. I can differentiate the 3 colors. My problem is, that I can't see the teal whisps on the edge of the fog of war. The other two colors I see in the fog of war, but not teal :(

It can be much worst then playing colorblinded . I've seen people playing blind and even refusing help . It says right there in their stream titles . Blind/No backseating.

The problem isn't colorblindness.

The problem with the blue wisps is that they aren't blue, they are PALE BLUE, their color is very similar to background white wisps.

So it's hard to differentiate between blue wisps and background wisps, and thus hard to track blue wisps.

I suffer from myopia and astigmatism, it is not very easy to play poe at all, the league content has been difficult for me to do precisely for that reason, I hardly see how on top of that, hardly able to see the wisps, I confuse a color wisp with a projectile from a monster or stuff like that.
I understand that the easiest way would be to buy glasses, but I live in Venezuela, it is not a realistic option to stop eating for a couple of months to be able to buy them to play something that does not generate me any income but just entertainment

Having the option to modify how sockets and gems look is not a realistic accessibility option, when the entire game design is the problem. Whether color blind issue related, my case or any other.
I understand that GGG should not take responsibility for my genealogical problems, but I also do not understand the apathy with which they treat these types of things.
