What should we play PoE1 or 2?

2, new experience

play the one you find fun instead of asking others what to play? If neiter are fun don't play at all. If both are fun play both if you have the time xD

Both is pretty cool~ PoE1 might be the more fast paced and arcade-y one while PoE2 might be the slower and more methodical one (Just from first impressions)

Play whatever you like the most

I am not sure about those lengthy fights (Until we find builds to abuse ;) ), and the fact of having to start the fight over, if you die.
But that's OK... if it shows that I am a bad PoE 2 player, I can still play PoE 1 ;)

Novelty is the answer. PoE 2 is a new experience with not only new campaign, characters and skills, but probably also a different endgame since they decided to make it a separate game. And it has the potentially to achieve the 'greatness' of PoE 1.

So basically - a great game just like PoE 1 + completely new experience.

But if it turns out bad or you simply dislike it, you can always return to PoE 1. I think the best move for GGG from a business perspective is to make non-overlapping leagues so that players constantly rotate between the two games.

Is it good for players? Depends. I personally want to play other games too, but often when there is a good league, I struggle to put even PoE 1 down. So what will happen if PoE 2 happens to be just as great?

If they really turn POE 2 into one hit death Dark Soul (or QTE like?), then i have 2 choices: POE 1 or give up this game

More and more info on POE 2 and the disconnection of POE 1 and 2 make me less and less interested in POE 2
