" Well, it IS a problem. I think Shags said it once: The game is too easy until it is too hard. You can get a really long way with a weak build, until suddenly you can't. Bird lover of Wraeclast

cause tft is a very unserious discord run by toxic players.
Think even the global chats are less toxic Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

" so i googled a little bit and its insane how many people got banned over just small things ggg should implement more quality of life to trading so those discords arent necessary "There are Penalties in the Game, no one's complaining about them"

GAME IS BAD IS WHY.
They refused to fix their design. its an elistic mindset of chris wilson. There is no heart in the game. sadly blizzard messed up so badly. anyhow, grimd awn expansion next year I look forward more than poe2 due to the same mindset be there to. |

" There are no weak builds, new players aren't able to comprehend this due to Dunning-Kruger effect. If your build seems bad and feels bad to play, it's not because it's a bad build, it's because your gear is not optimized and you don't know how to minmax that archetype, but you choose to blame the build and copy someone else's build instead of trying to understand what's wrong. I've seen hundreds of people here, in discord servers, on reddit and in global chat, complaining about the very same thing, but whenever I take a look at their builds it's always trash gear with passive trees that don't make any sense. A good, knowledgeable player can kill ubers and map pretty quickly with a build that's otherwise known as a crap build. There are thousands of builds out there, things like 10 div challenges and stuff like that proving my point. The strongest build I've ever played has 0.1% representation on poe.ninja. Why? Is it weak? Hell nah. Last edited by auspexa on Sep 24, 2023, 9:46:57 AM

" Sure, but there are builds that inherently have better ceiling, and that also correlates to a better floor. And sometimes a good floor doesn't translate at all to a better ceiling. Stacking builds have the weakest floors, but have the strongest ceilings. Nerfs over the years also have favoured some builds and fucked over others. As is, bows and spells have the better ceiling and have way better support, while melee is stuck in the garbage bin. Even if i had enough passive points to get literally every single AoE node for my Bladestorm in the passive tree, it still wouldn't be able to clear 3 screens around me like i would with my Kinetic Blast build, or literally any bow build, with low to zero downsides. Bane and Soulrend are another example of something that has a good floor and an abysmal ceiling. I've seen people using melee physical damage support trying to support reap, but the inherent differences of builds cannot be ignored. Ruthless should be [Removed by Support]. I would say the ggg is partly responsible, but a lot of gamers are just rude.
In response to a low budget yellow map farming to build. I would guess it could work. I would assume that going Ele is cheaper then pure phys, because if stuff like heatshiver and hrimsorrow + cold to fire. Grab the extra proj from the tree and stack abyss jewels. Somethingg like that. Build only needs like 100k dps. I'll try it out on a 1 div budget and see. Last edited by roundishcap on Sep 24, 2023, 4:46:46 PM

" Agree with this. It's the same issue we see basically everywhere online when anonymous people gather and interact. Very few people would say and do the same things in personal interactions face-to-face. |

Because in order to make (cool && unique) builds on your own (creativity + math) is a skill that very few people possess, this makes those who have it egotistical, why are top fps pros always toxic? because they are good at what they do and they know its, same with every skill that requires a threshold of self-proving worth.
