The patching server took longer than usual to restart so our 1 minute of downtime was a little optimistic. Looks like it was something like 3 minutes. Sorry!

Blizzard makes millions and it sometimes takes then more than 24 hours to patch. 3 mins is fine :)
Fixes look great. Looking forward to trying.
nice looks like good changes!
On the 3 Weapon Ele Damage nodes to the right of Shadow start point, the top one says Weapon Elemental Damage, but the description says 20% Increased Trap Trigger Radius.

The inconsistent speeds you sometimes see with the patcher is because the speed is shown after decompression. This means that you can see spikes in speed during the downloading of files that compress especially well.

For example, OGG audio files don't compress very well (because they are already compressed audio) but text data files compress very well.

Because of the compression the size that you actually have to download is about 2/3rds of the size that it says you have to download.

I intended to make it show the pre-compression values at some point, but it isn't high on my priority list.
Path of Exile II - Game Director
Some users have reported that the item graphics are blurrier than before. This is because of the texture compression that we added to the item icons.

I'm going to play around with the compression modes and see if I can get them to look better. If I can't, I'm going to turn off the compression on item icons again so that they look as good as before.

This should be done and deployed in the next 24 hours.
Path of Exile II - Game Director
Nice idea, but it would be even better if you could turn icon compression on and off in the graphic options ;)

I bet there are a lot of PCs that don't break a sweat running PoE

I was always wondering how I was getting over 12.5MB/s going through a 10/100 nic. This explains it a lot :D.
