" The funny thing is the data he is comparing is a problem. Two opposite things occur in those game modes. HC trade is popular for a very short period of time. If you wanna play HC trade, you gotta do it in first month mostly. The HC league cycle usually end when Gauntlet start, but it does die off way quicker than SC yes. Ruthless has the opposite thing going. Many people who do not play there on the first month may decide to do so mid-league when they are done with the league. I saw countless people like that when I played Ruthless in Sanctum league. I was rank 2, I had played there heavily since start of league, there was very very few people who were in t16, almost nobody reach such milestone like having 4 voidstones. But we always had a perpetual flow of new players in storyline buying support gems from the few of us who had stored several tabs of those things already. The permanent long-term ruthless playerbase was much smaller than the many part-time-join-when-done-with-league playerbase was. The game likely grew more popular mid-league than start of league. So yes, what are you comparing here? Ruthless when it peak in popularity to HC when it already died? HC trade on league start is definitely a populated game mode compared to Ruthless SC trade. That's where it matter. Ruthless grow from people who try it as a fresh start opportunity, basically a "private league" option that is always available. Lol why remove stun immunity from the only ascendancy where it makes sense bc its art implies that a Juggernaut is heavily armored? (I know its ruthless and lore shouldnt influence gameplay but still...This doesnt make any sense IMO)

Well getting every character after first one from lvl 70 to 95 in 30 minutes was fun you know, playing white and yellow maps when your atlas is completed--not fun
But now you need an hour instead of 30 minutes and twice of divines? Ouch, of course, but not big gamechanger. Still can do it just a little slower or I didn't get the math?
Well idk how fast or how expensive it will be, and it doesn't rly matter, why nerf it for what reason? That's like whole point of "no fun allowed" talk. |

Really dissapointed of the lack of work again.
It's basically a one-day patch. Hope real stuff next time. Have fun guys :-( |

Chris even said they shouldn't release tons of changes to Ruthless without doing anything for POE wouldn't go over well. But they did it anyways.
Buff underused skills. |

This is the name of the thread:
Content Update 3.22.0 -- Path of Exile: Trial of the Ancestors GGG didn't even call it Patch Notes. They knew it was not what folks were hoping for. Unless the league content is spectacular, I guess I'll play standard and have more fun. "Gratitude is wine for the soul. Go on. Get drunk." Rumi
