Yes, ingame information are wrong and its common knowladge. For my account just click my name under avatar on the right. Edit: just ignore the extra fire dmg mod on boots, its not there anymore. People who play league don't keep their characters most of the time as they serve no purpose once league is over and level is only really needed to complete a tree not always to reach max level so usually 95 to 97 is enough.
