Again, GGG have always changed game mechanics with new releaes. Be that, char passive tree / addition of the ascendency passives (you properly like that one a lot because that gave you more dps) / changes of the ascendency passive / item mod changes / skill gem changes and so on.

This has been GGG "statement" from the beginning (closed beta where I started to play the game), so again nothing new here.

It seems that you making others as a fools.

It is something different making a changes withing a game within beta developement period and someting absolutelly different within the time when the game should be already finalized. In BETA game might be everyting but in FINAL should characterized with constant rules.

I do not expecting you to answer my post as I see you as a GGG PR employee who will defend their "reality" and their "truth" for money they GGG riping from players in the same time telling them that it is nothing wrong and you (GGG) cheating in players reality should be callled "normality".

You lost 20K damage on a build in STD because of a patch and your upset?

Hahahaha Try having entire builds completely rendered unusable and never able to be played again because of a single patch like I have MANY times over the years...

That's just how it goes in POE and it's always been this way NO BUILD is safe especially if it's a particularly powerful build or interaction it's why I stopped playing STD altogether and just enjoy league content till that bores me and then move on to something else.

STD is nothing more than a trophy room for past items that no one can ever acquire again and a graveyard for your old builds you loved for nothing more than pure nostalgia. Or to hop in and quickly test new interactions quickly in a new patch with all the items in the world at your disposal if you have played enough.

And no, you did not "pay for the game content". PoE is free to download and play. Microtransactions are a different matter entirely.

Free to play is never free, it is a scam. You cannot play this game properly without stash tabs. I have spent more money on this game than all other games combines. Somehow they scammed me too. free to play but people have spent thousands on shiny MTX and stash tabs. You gotta spend at least 100$ just on stash tabs to enjoy the game without a giant mess in your box

But the fact that this game is not "free" players are discovering in the ugliest possible way by spending hours in the game.

It is impossible to say that GGG are not cheaters. Form of how producers earning the money by making unfair rules and game preogress is the F ugliest thing.

We are spending years in this game to making our characters better till just only one moment when we are realize that everything is for nothing becouse one simply patch may destroy everything.

I understand only one reason for that. It might be only becouse devs want to rid of the players and discourage them. Maybe it is becouse they are not earning enough money and they are planning to close the game... to release POE2 - to start everything from the beggining.
