[3.24] Ice Shot / Lightning Arrow Deadeye (Or Tornado Shot) - 400%+ MS, League Start Viable!

Hi! I would like to try this build in this league, but I'm kind of afraid it will turn out to be frustrating.

I'm not a hardcore player, and I tend to suffer with squishy builds. Will I be oneshoted if I follow this build? Where does the survavility reside?
Thanks for the guide, I've been deciding between your version and Fuzzy Duckzy's, who suggests swapping to TS a bit later (90+) and sticking with RoA raider until then. Do you think it makes more sense to switch earlier because of multishot, master fletcher & endless munitions?

watch his new video, he talks about that
Do you have any advice for the atlas passive tree for this build in terms of good mechanics to aim for early on and how to progress it for what this build is good for?
Just curious if you had any recommendations if someone was planning to play this build using ice shot? Not very experienced with bows but have wanted to play Ice Shot for sometime and don't really know the pros and cons for IS vs TS.
thoughts on anointing vengeful cascade and running that w/ hydrosphere? i saw some content creators talking about how it'll be really good for bow builds, and would we need to change up the tree to use it?
Does anyone know if it'd ever be worth using herald of ice? To be honest, I just want to use it for the mtx :(

End game will add roughly 180k damage but if you like the shattering sound and MTX can make it fit if have enough mana.

Yes you will be oneshoted often on this build. The defenses are mostly in the form of evasion with wind dancer and chance to suppress spell damage, with high recovery, but low life pool.

Depends what your goals are! RoA will be better for bossing, TS and LA will be the king of mapping.
