If you have the red map setup I would swap to Cast on Crit. Mark on Hit has less curse effect which is bad. You can add an additional skill to cast on crit too like the golem. Or any other skill you want to proc on top.

Check the boots for the Cast on Crit setup. Anomalous Frenzy gives +1 projectiles. With the wand node that makes it 3 which is plenty and we get the center projectile back. I added a golem to the cast on crit.

Lategame I might tinker with removing the KB setup but that requires the final PS setup with all the right gems in a 6link.
I just start to play POE after 1 year of afk. I followed this build, so far so good. I'm reaching to the map at level 70 now.

After setup the gem. One issue for me is that I need to constantly keep wrath aura and blood rage up. To gain frenzy charge, I also need to keep using frenzy alone with kb totems for map and ps for boss. Plus the flasks.

Is this expected? Seems to be too many things needs to be manage for me. Will this be changed in late game setup?

While mapping all you do is KB totems. On harder rares/bosses you stack Frenzy. You can use Sigil of Power if the encounter is static and Wrath.
Blood Rage is sth you press once every 10 seconds. No big deal.

I have a really problem with this build. i lose so much damage cuz the ballistas die so often, is so painfull and frustrating. Can u give me some advice to resolve it plz

KB totems oneshot anything that is not dangerous in sight. Tap KB totems while moving through the map.

On harder rares/uniques, especially loaded with torment and such they may have really nasty degens or AoE.

Then a solution is to tap PS totems while kiting back in a straight line or if the rare stays stationary make a circle around the rare tapping PS totems.
It does not matter if the totems die. You can replace them in no time.

In endgame we get Ironwood via Impossible Escape. If the totem dying is really nagging you spec into Primal Manifestation and take the totem defensive nodes on the way.

You can always adapt the tree to the gear you have and the things you need for your playstyle.
I don't understand why we use different totems? Why can't we put chain or fork in ps totem to clear cards. Or make 6l kb and use ps only for Pinnacle Content.
And as an afterthought, does it make sense to use astramentis, the magnate and shapers touch?
I just don't understand why we use breathstealer gloves.

In endgame when you have Pierce on your Power Siphon totems with the alternative qualities you can totally forgo the KB setup. Early on it is not really possible since PS lacks clearing potential and KB is amazing at clearing early.

Breathstealer are used since they are a Blight unique which means they can be annointed. We annoint Panopticon for another totem.
In the endgame we can switch Breathstealer to the Kaom's gloves+Berserk+Impossible Escape (Iron Reflexes, so we can put points int Panopticon manually) when we are able to convert life regen into rage regen. But only at that stage.

Astramentis and Magnate just do not provide any meaningful benefit and hurt the mana regen quite a bit. But this is PoE. You can use whatever floats your boat be it gear or skill wise.

That being said. You probably have seen this build variant which is using Ivory Tower and strength stacking. Totally possible too but that is the Indigon version which is different.
