The GPU device instance has been suspended

After playing for a week straight without any issues, started having these crashes.
Has anyone been able to find a solution? Getting constant crashes with random time intervals.

yalll need to fix this, poor user experience

Out of nowhere after todays patch 3.23.1 I get that error every few minutes.

Came to bump this thread again. Crashing every within 10 min every session. Ive tried everything people have suggested and still no luck. Even did a full pc reset and reinstalled windows/ drivers. Wish this could get figured out

Same issue with brand new laptop. any fix?

I played without any problems yesterday.
Today I get this error every 5 minutes, unplayable :(

also would like to bump this thread. this happens to me 1 or 2 times every hour. this game is going in the trash bin if its not fixed

yeah same here, i crash in town, hideouts and maps

cant play

i play on a Windows 11 laptop with integrated GPU and a rtx4060 and i solved it by going to Settings - Display - Graphics and search for PoE to use the Nvidia GPU and i also unchecked the Windowed optimization.

I couldnt even start the game before doing this. Hope it helps

Another bump for this thread.
Today is 2025.June.14, first day of 3.26 league, this issue occurred for me at random intervals throughout the day :( never had this issue in previous leagues.
