An Overview of Upcoming Changes

AN change is solid regarding killing them faster. That you need to MF cull the bigger ones is kind of an issue still though.

If you do not favor an MF cull playstyle you are gettin way behind in the economy, which simply slows down the overall progress within the late game.

The thing is too kill the pinnacle bosses with mods or even the uberversions you need a lot of currency to achieve the correct items.

When your farming speed slows down you are forced to play way more hours to get the same outcome.

This structure excludes players with less playtime. That is a WoW or Diablo 3 philsophy = The player with less private life wins :D Please do not go there guys ;)

For example actually I just spam Heist and Expedition which gives me: Trading with Rog crafted items (which is actually pretty effective), Tuji currency spam.

Problem with Heist and Expedition is you only start to get any decent farm after investing a solid time of playing. Again it is slow. The most players do not push the endgame or finish a league etc. If you create these needs you will loose a lot of players very fast. They can not see progress and realize it takes ages to get into lategame.

The Kalandra league mechanic is obsolete for endgame farming (before not even worth to mention so far). It is very slow and was not tested in a real gaming situation I assume?

YOu need several maps to craft your Kalandra map. Which leaves you to X Number of maps needed for Y ecounters and Z loot chances.

If you compare this to sentinel, where you could spam IQ&IR with 1 click on a pack (which was huge fun thanks ;D) even WITHOUT the change to loot in 3.19 the Kalandra mechanic slows down any farm like no tommorrow.

To bring that mechanic with your loot changes AND the change from Div to Ex orbs is way too much to bring up in this not tested way.

Working in a big company I am used to ignorance by the management, which is the worst thing for all employess. If the decision makers do not listen to the operative people working within the environment (players vs developers vs testers) the product dies. Do not make this mistake.

PoE is a phenomenon within this world because you always consider the community and build with constant improvements. Also that you only have this one game makes it special in a LOT of ways. That is why I supported the game as much I could and will keep doing so.

A huge and solid marketbase makes people not see the real problems until it is too late. Because the revenue flow is still there and has potential. And the management thinks they are untouchable and full of wisdom ;) All empires fall with hybris and ignorance. Some faster some slower but they all fall.

Doing such big changes all at once is how you end up with "situations". For the future I strongly recommend making, like 20% of those changes at once and roll out another bite, if everyone's happy with the previous one. Other than that, pog!

Story should end where it originally did, act 3. Put the rest under the map system. The story shouldn't have all the map assets. The maps should feel like stepping into a new world, not more of the same remixed.

It's needlessly padded out with such a complete and developed endgame.

No one is here to play the story.

See also: 97 copies of lab. Trials shouldn't exist at all. Put the ascendancies on the tree. It was a mistake shoehorning build types into the classes. Let us be whatever we want.

The power disparity between trade, crafting, and farming:

The power of 1c in each context needs to be brought in line. Let me generate random unique types from the crafting bench or something. Or make some early farmable boss drop a couple.

Or let me make my own with a ton of Rog. SSF should be fun, not missing all the trade function equivalents.

Having to play EXACTLY as YOU want me to play to even See red maps:

I hate having to choose from a tiny sliver of builds that kinda sorta work.

Seeing you basically say you think damage is fine vs players really hurts.

I'm literally so sad about where this game is. It fits perfectly into 2022 and that's not a compliment.

I am very upset without all the harvest crafts that we had, very rough times, and also, maybe you could add display of count of life force from stash to hortification station as well.

Metacrafts for Exalts instead of Divines where good too and make things more useful for "casual" players.

Buffing Tainted currency very good they are at this point mostly useless tryed yesterday 45tainted fusing for nothing realy the chance is like 80% to remove and 20% to gain a link.

Archnemesis "god monster" are not good but keep an eye on it to much people feel forced to call some MF culler to get good loot.

Kalandra needs to feel worth the time and the risk you get into.
With all the negativity around, I have to say this league is very enjoyable to me. Sure, it was a rough start but now it really plays fun.
