What Happened with Items

I'm really fine with the current state, even though I didn't find any Divine in over 90 hours of gameplay. :(

If you want us to use more quali and quant, I would love to see more items with those stats! Add a small quant stat to rare rings/amulets or give us a base item with quant.

I still love the game!


Finally, please fix the Spider MTX from mystery box (you can't use skills in your hideout, some skills are disables like tempest shield and you have to activate it every time again and again).
What about Harvest ? No single word about it.
What about minions ? No single word about it.

Chris if top 1% will get 90% less loot an average player will get less loot too.
I like more loot than lees loot after filtering it hard.

If 750% beast gives more loot than 41% k AN mob that means baseline for drop is crap and you`ve should fix baseline than adding "diablo 3" numbers on monsters.

But Chris, things are not fixed yet. Please pay attention. And we need more crafting options in harvest. Its almost unusible
After reading the latest post the only thing I got from it was ( In order to cut back on server spending we will be making this game sh_t.We feal that the fewer people playing the lower our server costs will be). Thats again Blizzard.

Hi, in case any of GGG staff or Chris read on this comment. Please read until the end. I will address in very polite way. I just want GGG to consider this situation as a topic in the their future discussion. My account profile is public, you can check on my character.

I actually agree with some of the loot philosophies of Chris and GGG. But I actually don't mind anything regarding the loot because I always unlucky in any game. Yet I still got headhunter few league ago.

Here is the case, I have my current character setup since few days ago. I never change the gear in like 2-3 days. With the current setup of my gear, I am very sure I ran a magic tier 11 map with no damage mod and defensive reduction mod that will affect my character. Because I will roll pass any damage map mod. In the map, I encounter with an essence mob with 1 shrieking essence and 2 screaming essence with 2-3 archnemesis mod with it. Ok, as you know, you need to be in very melee range to release the essence. I placed fire traps. As soon as I release the essence, I shield charge, frost blink away and flask all. But the mob just "teleport" beside to me. I know "teleport" seems exaggerated, just to let you imagine how hasted the mob is and instant one shot my character. The story not end here, I cannot proceed the map again because the essence is in front of the map boss room and I will be one shot-ed every time. So, map wasted.

I understand, gigantic mob with gigantic loot. But the reality is the mob not only tanky, but very very very deadly even with this kind of mods. Therefore, I cannot kill gigantic mob, hence no gigantic loot even worse I still have to lose my exp. The point is the mob cannot be kite or dodge. You see carn rank 1 character dead. He is in HC so his defensive layer is far more better than my current character. Those encounters force character to die not force us to be pay attention in game. No matter how you paying attention to it, those kind of mobs are deadly.

First question: Is it PoE should be everyone to build an ultra-gigachad character if the player who doesn't like to die a lot and deal minimal amount of damage or everyone should build an ultra-gigapog glass cannon to kill every mob but die a lot?

Second question: Gigantic loot in current state of the game drop insanely amount of rare item, but in order to use it we have to identify every single of the items and most of time those items are unusable, at least for my case (I don't know how other people thinks, I don't judge other people). Is it solved the amount of "click" problem?

Third question: From the previous post, dropping relevant item is great, but dropping the item with the correct mods is idk how rare is it, at least I never id-ed a consider build enabled item before. But, most of the useful craft from Harvest is gone. Even if we have the base, we cannot deterministically craft the item. So, is it instead of crafting in PoE, or we should address it as "gambling" in PoE. No offense, don't take to heart, I just want to know crafting in PoE should be in totally gambling style or gambling with a little bit deterministically?

Hope GGG and Chris are doing well and please read through this and at least try to answer the questions.

Also regarding Harvest, why did you remove reforge keeps, reforge much more likely, jewel implicits, and socket colors. What is the point of all this?

Many crafts still required many harvest tries + several other non-deterministic steps, such as elevating mods, awakener orb two bases, blocking mods + ex slamming, using aisling and blocking again, etc. Harvest was in a very good balance in terms of power, but along with solving the itemization problem you created a bigger one, which is that very few people are crafing stuff now. Many great players ended up swithing from SSF or HC SSF to trade league this patch because of that change alone.
I like the view you have for the game. I actually enjoy having to be carefull when I fight rares monsters. I found this league fun ans I really hype by the next changes you will do in the future !
