What Happened with Items

Spoilt poe community living in negativity echo chambers is really sadge. The game is constantly changing and I appreciate the ideology behind these changes even though the implimentation needs a fair amount more work.

The literally director giving us insight into development issues and admitting and taking responsibility for mistakes is far more than these shitty redditor kuks deserve.

I fully understand the reasoning behind wanting item quant and rarity to impact the amount of rewards, i think that makes perfect sense. Why have these stats if they are just for show and have no impact ?

But one of the things i think you guys might have missed is the availability of these stats and the fact that more often than not you need that stat space in order to build defences/damage to make the build be able to push beyond yellow maps.

I understand that it will come down to a choice between having MF gear or being able to push the hardest content (especially in solo play). Having to make a choice is fine but i hope you guys will look into more ways to impact item quant and rarity beyond the options we have to day as they feel somewhat out of sync with the direction of loot currently.

Lastly some skills still dont have an MTX - so would it be possible to find someone from the GFX team and tell them to focus on at least one MTX for some of the skills that dont currently have one - us off meta guys deserve to be able to twink the look of our skills too you know ;)
well, most profitable strategy by far is running heist, expedition or blight so chest drops are nonaffected, i guess that will be nerfed next patch lol.
You are no longer rewarded killing mobs in maps, i'm done with this game and developers, since 3.13 Ritual, game is going downhill faster than ever

Being as uneducated as I am in all things POE it appears to me the game you're trying to change this into nobody wants to play. I have died more in this league than any other league combined. I am frustrated and it seems this league you're doing everything you can to frustrate as many people as you can. Ziz has been my go-to guy for all things POE and if hes dying and frustrated wtf am I supposed to do. You have taken away any chance I have to enjoy this game. I'm getting no loot, no currency, can't harvest craft and the loot that does drop is absolute trash, but I can't change it because I HAVE NO CURRENCY. What the hell are you all doing?? I'm done, I just wanted my complaints to fall on deaf ears before I left.

Would understand if patch notes were released the day before the release of 3.19.

It was a whole week. The people that may have play-tested it or worked on that part of the game didn't notice? I have forgotten about stuff at work before but not for a whole week.
what a clown fiesta... the worst part is seeing *** players saying this is a good league or changes like bro don't even talk seriously if you're a noob stay out of the convo ty. this league is a total shit show more than has ever been which is crazy to think but we finally reached that point
This is not even funny anymore, more justification to your forced change less and less listening to you customers (players).
This is so weak, looking to PoE basically dying patch after patch is very sad.
I was looking forward for every league start to spend some time with friends playing and having fun, this is not fun anymore.

This is clearly a hard time for developers, the players, and the game.

For the 'Philosophy Two' that you mentioned,

I would like to say that I completely disagree with this statement.

If we, the players, wanted to play a game and use a combat tactics, we wouldn't do it an ARPG game or in the content like maps, we would find it more reasonable to use combat tactics in boss-content, or rather on another game, for example, WoW mythic plus content, again, not in ARPG maps.

Also, as you can see from Alkaizer's Clip a few days ago, the strategy he used to fight the stupidly deadly AN monster he encountered was to, still, a stutter step and kite that thing around in a circle.

Lastly, I would like to raise my concern again about the harvest crafts you removed, what you called 'filler crafts'.
It really made item progression much more harder, up to the point which it doesn't make sense to be removed, and stripping fun out of the character progression enjoyment.
Learning how to use harvest is a good way for new players to get in to crafting and fixing their own gear, also lead to a better understanding about the item mods and how they work.

To sum up, please tune your AN monster and please bring back our harvest crafting options.

P.S. If the GGG team were reading this, I wanted to let you guys know that I still believe in GGG, I choose you guys over Blizzard.
