This, most likely. Easier to add Hatred early, and then maybe won't even need Enlighten. Or have enough mana to add Aspect.

So far the most useful tattoo.

I've been playing with the high-end PoB while waiting in queue.

Methodology : I added three custom modifiers :

- Get level 20 Aspect of the spider
- X% increased reservation efficiency
- -10X intelligence

First test : getting Aspect of the spider in.

25% increased efficiency gives 2% unreserved mana. Requires -250 int. Even with the Aspect added, average hit is lowered from 1.78M to 1.24M. Not great.

Second test : Dropping to Enlighten 3

Keeping 7% unreserved mana. 5% increased mana reservation efficency, -50int. Average hit drops from 1.78M to 1.66M, so 7-8% less damage. Good budget option.

Third test : Dropping Enlighten completely

5% unreserved mana. 15% increased efficiency. -150int. Average hit drops to 1.44, so 20% less damage to free up a socket. Not great.

Conclusion : I don't see these tattoos being useful at all. If you factor in the additionnal jewel slot from not using a conversion jewel, you could get back 7-8% via a god roll jewel like the ones in the PoB. Even then, Aspect is not worth and dropping Enlighten is still lowering DPS, while not even being a budget option anymore.

The might be interesting as a temporary options during the gearing phase of the build, if you need 1-2% to slot in another aura like Hatred.

Being curious, since i hardly played last league and it was my first time trying the trickster version. How much ES does a highend version of this build usually end up around? Seemed like i had alot less ES than Ascendant version, but i guess the tradeoff is in evasion rating? Kinda basic question, but I was curious :)

I typically end up with 14-15k ES with moderate-high budget. Raw ES is lower than Ascendant but the rest of the features of Trickster are far superior at this point. That's why I don't even bother updating other versions of the build right now. I thought the reworked Trickster would get nerfed after 1-2 leagues. But somehow it has never become a meta class. So we can keep enjoying it.

Yes it does feel very tanky and smooth. But then again you've made a great build that's felt great for several years now :) Since you dont read all the posts during the last few months, i want to repeat: Thank you for doing this every league! this guide is the best, it has all my questions answered and is so easy to follow. I end up coming back here every time. Really appreciated Kelvynn
well...league mech cringe :/
Sooo, I'm quite new at this, but in Path of Building, the leveling version and the other two follow quite different paths through the passive tree...am I stupid, or is that intended?

is this build good for delving?

what kind of stuff does build suppose to do to be "good for delving"?

if you want dive into 3k deepth delve this build wan't be able to do it.

but if you wanna farm some stuff at 250-500 deepth it's work perfectly fine

I used this build to reach around 1000. It is much easier to die at that depth though.
Farming level 250~500 cities is pretty safe.

Afaik thats mostly cuz theres the end game version where it starts using the split personality and cluster jewels that really only make sense when you build your tree in a specific way to extend the pathing and so on. Wouldnt make sense to gimp yourself while levelling just to not use a few regrets later :)

Split personnalities.

When you get to the endgame version, the tree is optimized to provide the longest route for these two jewels. Accordingly, the pathing is made to never intersect. It's worth it because of the massive intelligence bonus it provides.

While levelling, you won't have access to Cluster jewels or Split Personalities. Accordingly, the optimal path is much different.

1 jewel 6 sockets xD

And here was me hype over my 1 jewelers 5 socket lol
Well...league mechanic still cringe.and again it's for summm/totems/archers build's. Yeah we can do it but not so effectively like dat builds
sanctum still meh.
and reward for challenges doesn't inspire me at all to do it...
