tl;dr: We still didnt figure out how to retain players so we're constantly nerfing demanding builds more "investment" so most of the playerbase dont drop after week 2.
Of course nothing that people say here will prevent from people jumping on the hype train on the livestream or inflating the steam charts on day 1 of the league until the cycle begins a new.. "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."
Once you break the cycle of fear no angels or demons can whisper you their sweet nothing words. poe2 = ruthless 2.0 = bad. |

How does this helps the gameplay in anyway? you will just have to invest more in defense now which means less investment in damage. Which means if you are a defense build you will just do less damage then before.

The change intended to buff mom builds is actually a pretty sizable nerf. Very nice miss on the target there GGG ^^

Minion changes are interesting. I play minions since beta, tried all of them. Sure there will be some minion build that will do end-game content, but such a massive nerf does show how clueless GGG is as far as game balancing.
If i ever needed a kick in the nuts to quit PoE - this is it. Let the new players who didnt know poe when it was good - try it |

Problem: Some minion skills are clear outliers in terms of inherent power, so become the default choice for many minion-focused builds.
Solution: Reduce the power of a couple of overperforming minion skills, and increase the power of others, with the goal of providing more minion options that feel good to play. These changes are in addition to the global minion changes detailed above. Animate Weapon: Now costs 4 mana at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 16 at gem level 20 (previously 12). Excellent, now I definitely want to play AW. |

So, inquisitor is fine … i guess. Used for totems and brands nowadays cause we can take one asc point from hyro or guard anyways… 25% of all players are inq then in 3.19?
Atm, i dont know how to survive the reservation changes. Determination feels mandatory due to inc damage. Defiance banner now dead. And the buff to flesh and stone also useless, cause we have no mana to reserve now…. On the other hand i like omni and melding nerv. Both items makes a build. But where the hack is aegis nerf?
