How to Get a Cluster Notable in the Right Place

I am having quite a bit of trouble finding a large cluster jewel with the notable 'Snowstorm' that isn't in the farthest, outer place in the ring. When I look on the trade site and compare jewels by importing them to Path of Building, the order listed on the jewel doesn't match up to the way that it actually requires you to distribute points. Is there a way to search for cluster jewels where a specific notable is in a specific position? This is very important when it comes to allocating passive points. Thanks for any help.

Every combination of 3 notables has 1 set orientation. Use PoB to play around with building a cluster with each combination till you find one that works.

Thanks Temjin, I didn't know that. I'll poke around and build some combinations that work, then search for those notables.

If you look at the list of available notables in their default ordering on poedb, it will be in the order they are arranged around the cluster.

If you want two specific notables in front of the jewel sockets, you will have to find a third one in between those.

That should be faster than trying out all kinds of combinations with PoB.

Edit: oh, you mean the order displayed in search result ? it look like same with in game..

Just build it in pob and actually slot it into the passive tree. You'll see what order they are in right away.

Doesn't work for this jewel. Another thread put me on to this for working them out recently, seemed to work in other cases. Is this just an anomaly for one of the notable on this cluster jewel, or does is PoeDB modifier list not accurate at all as a key. MonaHuna is right about the description order, but how are player supposed to know what jewels are possible to create. There are many combinations. Scrolling through a wall of search results on trade and finding sub optimal combinations in-between all the wrong results is not at all practical. POB plug and play is also not a solution for this. The list method on PoeDB seems like the best way to do it, but if the information is erroneous, that is even worse.

See above - it either changed in the game or in poedb or the poster was wrong.
