Ok I have a 6 socket thicket bow (unlinked for now) with a crucible starting with +1 level to bow skill gems AND a second bow with 7% attack speed at depth 2 and lifetap support at depth 4. I will try to get those nodes on my primary bow and if it works, I'll finish crafting the bow. Currently it has +2 level to gems and tier 1 attack speed only so accoridng to the post page 291, I'm on track.

dont take p2 attack speed, its waste.

Bis would be:
P1 - +1 to dex/bow gem
P2 - Aspect of eagle
P3 - 32% dot multi
P4 - Lifetap
P5 - nothing usefull, EA Shatter prob only makes bodies disapear.

something like that, but my P1 mutated into %dmg, second time. Its quite high probabilty od two +1 gems to mutate into that ...


also if you try to craft bow yourself - get Base with fractured attack speed, or maybe even synthesis one with implicits.
Otherwise it would be cheper to buy crafted one and make crucible only.

What other helmet can I replace with the blizzard crown (too expensive for me)? And what is the most important status for the helmet, if I already have my resistances at the maximum?

Devoto is great. No hp but chaos res, attack speed, movespeed, dexterity...

Right now i can see 2 with the 15% increased attack speed enchant for 30c and 40c.
You cannot go wrong with that helmet, especially at this price.

Hoping someone can pls help me as I am starting to feel hopelessly lost once again when I try and get into POE.

I have finised the campaign and want to try and gear up this char so I can push maps but I am really confused.

I have already tried another character and got some maps done but have stopped playing that build as I got mixed up with pobs and guides and decided to try something new instead of trying to fix it.

Right now I've hit maps and feel totally lost. My DPS has fallen off a cliff and I am finding it really hard to gear up properly as I am getting mixed information between the forum post, the pob notes I followed levelling and the pob itself.

For Body and Bow I am seeing issues that impact what gear I get next. I want to replace my Tabula so I have more health and defences but the differences between forum post and POB mean different socket colours.

I don't seem to be able to upload an image so will have to do this as text. From the forum post the chest would be:

Chest RRGGBB
Determination
Grace
Purity of Elements
Defiance Banner
Precision
Enlighten (4)

But in the POB the chest uses different gems and needs different sockets:

Chest RGGGBB
Lightning Spire Trap
Frenzy
Combustion
Lifetap
Culling Strike
Advanced Traps

With the bow I can see there is a difference in one gem but that is now clear that is due to swapping out for bosses vs other content. I will go for non-boss and try and work out how to get around this.

I am really struggling to work out what gems to put where besides just the chest and bow.

The way I am reading it the POB says that gems like Frenzy, Lightning Spire Trap and Combustion are on the chest but the forum says they go on another piece with 4 links.

All I would like to do is get this build back on track and hopefully be able to progress maps and get some currency so I can invest in better gear to go further than I have before but right now I'm so confused and close to giving up.

I've looked through the posts and I can't see a question similar to this. I can see one for someone saying they are following other guides where that info is out of date but I am following this forum post and it's POB.

There is another post helping someone with 100 div to spend and I don't really understand most of what is said in that.

It says to drop determination for purity of elements - this forum post has both slotted in the chest so if I drop determination I have an empty slot?

I can switch out molten shell for steelskin but it isn't relevant to the chest as it is not slotted there.

I'm level 75 and trying to push on but need to understand what sockets bow and chest should be so I can get proper replacements in for them then replace my head and other pieces.

I have made some changes to my build but I know the gear right now is wrong but I can't keep throwing limited resources at wrong gear as it just makes it more frustrating.

remove quality from EA. Its good for bossing, but adds 20% delay to explosion.
Drop malevolence, another delay ...
Remove ignite prolif, get awakend deadly aliments. Get ignite spread on gloves implicit
get rain of splinters
Get cinderswallow flask ! remove silver.

Hi - this is the best build I've played so far, finally hit lvl 90, finished my first t16 map ever, and am overall able to sustain most content as I try to finally push for endgame.
