Imo:
1. Drop Ashes, it make you more clunky (also u dont wonna quality on EA) and doesnt give much for this build. Get +2lv and dot multi
2. Drop Revelery, Dirty technique. Get Dynamo if u wonna mana reservation.
3. Change Lethal pride for one that gives 10% faster ignite, 10277 for example gives 3 of em. Burning dmg doesnt give much.
4. Get Maim,hinder,corruptedblood immunity od jewels. Thats mostly CC that kills u.
5. Get chaos res ;) Drop atziri, get cinderswallow with % HP on kill and Hp regen (insane QOL while mapping)
6. IMO drop determination and molten shell, get Purityofele and steelskin. Or get 100% ele aligments avoidance. Thats rest of CC that kills you. You can fill your phys resistance with armour and endurance charges/warcry
7. You also prob. dont have 100% hit chance.

I tried this build, currently lvl 93 or so.
I followed Palsteron guide and this one. I'm at the point where I'm not sure where to go next. I'm happy with the character, I don't die too often (or it's my mistake), mobs and bosses die fast on T16 maps.

I have the basic +2 level of gems bow. According to Maxroll guide, I should upgrade it to +3. But I could buy the Unnatural Instinct jewel instead, get some points back, and path through the cluster jewel mini-tree.

I'm not sure which would be best first? Getting the bow with crucible nodes, +3, perfect mods? Or getting the jewels with all their bonuses?

I'm a casual player and I am nowhere near those sweet amounts of Divines (I have two, and it took me a long time to get my hands on them, I'm just mapping casually, selling stuff and Temple maps mainly). So once my divines are spent, it will be long before I can dream of another decent upgrade.

those guildes for EA ele arent updated for 3.21 since ~3.18 mostly, it isnt popular build now, just legue starter.
So IMO dont follow them, check ppl on poe ninja and adjust.

most dps you will get from 7-link bow, rest like 1post up. You got so much to improve on gear .... Lethal Pride will give you 3M dps.
Get as much attack speed,dot multi, faster ignite, as possible ;)

Hey. I glanced at your pob.

About the bow upgrade.
- It rquires finding/making some kind of decent crucible tree, cause you don't want to swap for a while once you make one.

Your dps goes x2 with :
- a crafted bow (steps page 290 or 291 + estimated cost)
- a crucible with lifetap support node -> allowing you to put an empower gem on your sockets
- swap from ignite proliferation to elemental damage with attacks support (later an awakened one when you got the currency. You can get ignite proliferation on your gloves with exarch implicit.

I tend to think it's the top priority, especially considering cluster jewels will not only require currency (for the clusters and also for the Unnatural Instinct jewel which isn't cheap) but probably also changes in your tree/levels.

From that point (crafted bow), you would also get something like +50% dps using malevolence instead of grace, but i don't know how it would work out with your defences setup so I'll leave that for you to think about it.

Also you don't go up 20 fuses but 18/19 if i'm correct so there's some room for improvement in the attack speed department (especially considering pob's calculations are "optimized", not "real conditions".
It's not too bad though, far from that, 18/19 is already great.


About the currency farm, even being a casual player, going alch&go with exarch on is ok to passively generate currencies (orbs, awakened sextants and such that you can sell for divines) from altars.

I have barely scratched the surface of this league's mechanic. So can you elaborate where should I start? I understand I have to merge crucible nodes onto a 6-L bow I want to use.

Does that mean that I need to find a 6-L bow ilvl 80+ first, and then that I have to keep an eye for several bows with appropriate crucible nodes? (lifetap, +1 to bow skills, etc) and then merge them in the Crucible forge?


As for the currencies yeah that's what I'm doing, basically. Alch and go, Eater pillars and I sell everything I don't need.

My experience was pretty much the opposite : i tried to get crucible first, then do all the crafting from scratch.
I'm not an expert on how crucible works but by now there are guides on youtube/reddit and so, with probabilities, how to, and so on.
One thing, you can cruci-forge all kinds of bows into your base so if you find any bow with like lifetap node, you can try to use it in your crucible tree making process.
Now the problem : it can take a long time finding what you want D: You can try to look for items with at least X or Y node on pathofexile/trade...

Would advise (again) going for exarch. Currency income is far more reliable. What eater has is the abysmal chance at getting some divines but it's real low/gambling type.

I'll do some experiments with the crucible then. It looks very tedious to do!
As for the influences, I'll swap to exarch and give it a try. I used to do eater just because I managed to kill him quite easily.

on exarch just blindly take minions node, try to rush boss to exclude him from altars. On player nodes you need to be picky, as Metor or chaos on flask/resistance/eva will insta kill you :)
Burning groud one is only safe if you are immune from pantheon

its insane chaos/vaal/chisel/sextant/regret generator ;p Most drop from map will come from those.
