A bit of a noob question: How good is DoT multi vs elemental dmg with attack skills for us? I'm checking PoB numbers and seeing ele dmg is just slightly worse off than dot multi for ignite dps. But, for example, just looking at amulets on trade, a dot multi amulet with +1 skill gem is x10 the price of an ele dmg with attack skills with +1 skill gem. Is there some fundamental mechanic I'm not understanding that makes DoT multi better than ele dmg with attack skills or is the difference really that small? I need help with this build. I can clear t16 with any mod/influence really ez but my dps on boss fights seem to be lagging. I can kill guardians, conquerors and even sirus moving around and dogging stuff, but on maven im hitting a brick wall.
