Hm imho I think it's a combination.

You are very low on +Damage on your Gear (none on your jewellery).
A "Simple" +% Fire Damage +% ElementalDmg with Attack Ring would give you +15%More DPS.

(EA-Gem: lvl 21/0 +1 DurationSkill Point would also be better than 20/20)

Also kinda low on APS (1.72 aps without Onslaught). Combined with 88%hit you might only hit around 12-15fuses most of the time, cutting your Damage almost in Half.

Faster Attacks Support would help a lot, but LifeTap might be impossible to give up.

Hey Brunowa - when are you going to taken on the Uber Elder-Shaper fight naked, like you did in the old days with the King of Summoners build :-)

Multiproj yes, however it just improves clear and not single target dps. Chain completely breaks the mechanics of the build, dont use it or pierce.

There is plenty of stuff that gives you a dps boost:

Awakened Gems, Better Bow, Unnatural Instinct, Lethal Pride, Polaric Devastation, etc.

Have a look at my PoB, its 11,5M DPS with most of the bells and whistles that help with DPS.

For what its worth you actually have 2.6M DPS, look for "Ignite DPS" in PoB instead of Combined Total Damage.

Could it be that your EE is actually working but because you are not yet specced into mastermind of discord (and thus are lacking the extra -res) the exposure on its own is not enough to get it below 0 (and thus showing as vulnerable to fire). Try getting that scendancy node and trying again, I couldnt find anything that would prevent it from working.

Yeh you're right it doesn't work. My mistake. That's my 2013 POE brain working.

That frees up a gem slot for something...

Probably best to swap in an Ice Golem (linked with CWDT) for extra accuracy, Chaos Golem for more phys reduction, Stone Golem for life regen, Flame Golem for extra DPS, or Lightning Golem for extra attack speed, depending on your preference. The only thing is that mana reservation may be a problem.

If you can't fit in a golem, then something else like Increased Duration... or Ice Spear for the memes.
