[3.15] Eye of Winter ES/LL Self-Cast Occultist

Sooo, I'm trying to build this as a trickster without shavs.
But I do want the full ES route.

That basically means I can't have low life (due to CI on the tree) and I also can't do the extra auras from Prism Guardian (due to CI as well).

Is that correct or am I missing something?

CI on the tree is transformed to inner conviction due to the militant faith.
If you go purely CI, you wont have life to reserve auras.

For the other ring i tried to make a precursor emblem as i dropped a putembo's vally, and ended up with a neat endurance charge on kill and %phys reduction per power charge.
That with pantheon boosts me at 45% phys reduction.
Frostbite is back on hydrosphere but the extra defense is a nice trade off for mapping

How do you manage to get three auras to stack together using Arrogance/BM? The PoB states it stays at lvl 1, but as it is, I can barely get one aura to work with it, Discipline, and that takes away more health than it gives back in ES.

Any recommendations on where to put points pre-cluster jewels? Prodigal Perfection seems like a nice pick-up for extra mana and spell damage.

Yep that's a good one. So is Fingers of Frost in the upper right-hand corner of the tree. I plan on getting both of those with my last handful of levels assuming I play this build till 100

Huh, missed that one completely! Definitely looks like a keeper, given that we have insta-freeze from our Ascendancy on both unique and regular mob packs. Should make for both an offensive and defensive pick.

Does the Bouncing off Hydrosphere also work with Pierce or only with Chain?

If you used only Pierce instead of Chain would that be worse for Single Target?

Only chain, pierce doesn't bounce it pierces xD
