Hey Wrecker,

quite fun to play but seems very squishy on map tiers over 9.
I got some really good gear though only 14 animated weapons Oo.

Changed the golem type to level 21 Carrion golem for some extra damage and minion life and crowd controle. Seems to work very well too. Only real problem I have is a huge lack of mana. currently sitting here with 38 mana while having max of 1266. Dont really know why. Had to get eldritch battery in passive.

For the Amulet I highly recommend to annoint it with Sacrifice for a huge minion life boost and some self regen.

Very nice build, thanks a lot for that. :)
Thanks Killersdaddy!

I'm glad you're liking it! Sorry it's too squishy. Ultimatum is pretty busy for sure. It doesn't like ranged characters much. But Profane Bloom is pretty sweet when it triggers.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. I appreciate it. Where are you in the Atlas currently? You mentioned the build is squishy beyond T9. Are you beyond that now?

Hey Everyone! I hope all is well and that some of you are still enjoying 3.14. I'm loving the core changes this expansion brought so I'm playing around with some cool ideas and having a blast on Standard. I'll check back in a few days to see if anyone has anything to say. See ya!

I may just be losing my mind, but I have the gems linked for the animate weapon to trigger from spellslinger....and no weapons are animating. Luckily my zombies are up and kinetic is doing it's thing.

Hey Rochandil!

So a couple things are needed to make AW animate weapons with this build. I'll list them all. Even though these points are obvious, I mean no offence. We're likely just overlooking something obvious and that easy to do in this game.

1. You need weapons to summon. Enemies drop weapons and our Bladefall leaves weapons for us as well. The weapons from enemies don't have to show on the filter to be used.

2. Spellslinger needs to be linked to AW (as you said it is).

3. Bladefall should be linked to Spellslinger just to guarantee you weapons to animate.

4. You have to activate the spell slinger skills like you would an aura. Then they'll reserve mana and be activated.

Let me know if that helped or not.

I hope everyone is doing well, both in real life and in PoE. Please feel free to give suggestions or ideas. I'll see you all on Monday or Tuesday.

Not quite enough dex to run bladefall yet, but yeah I forgot to turn on spellslinger lol. Thank you :-)
I swapped my gear after my first conquerer fight, so things went easier after that. Now I've made it to level 89 and soon I'll start my 4th round of conquerers (stones 13+).

Sadly no red map drops so far :(

Yeah I have the same issue, but most of the time those 38 mana seem to be sufficient. I find it's not that much of a deal if you can't use Kinetic Blast once in a while.

All that mana goes into the spellslinger reservation. Before switching to a 6-link my mana was still around ~138, but the vile toxin reservations drained that extra mana.

Let's see how this works out in red maps ...

Cool Rochandil, just a reminder that you don't need to level Bladefall. It can stay at level one if you want.

I'm glad the mana thing got figured out for you. Was mana not touched on in the guide at all? Do you think that I should add something about it somewhere?

I loaded up my version of the Spellslinger last night and had a great time Heisting. Gosh I wish I had more time to play. I hope everyone is having a good time no matter the build they're playing! See you in a few days!

Might be helpful for newbies. I played a few other builds before, so I kinda got used to the mana pool not being much larger than the most expansive skill. As long as the regen can keep up thats not much of an issue.

I have made it into red maps (collected 16 watchstones) now and reached level 90.
Here is my current PoB: https://pastebin.com/LyFZLdc9

I have started dieing more often now, and I don't really see a way for my current setup to overcome a 6-way battle with the maven (for the 7th & 8th atlas point). Especially after your first death there doesn't really seem to be a way to get back into the fight as you start out without the minions. And the area is kinda small, so there's not much room to run/hide espcially if multiple bosses are there.

Overall - compared to other (non minion?) builds - the damage output with 1.1M dps seems kinda low. Is there a way to improve that? Adding more (expansive) awakening gems or cluster jewels doesn't seem to do much (at least according to the PoB calculation, haven't tried that yet).

Around 7k eHP seems to be comfortable for most parts (legion and harvest encounters in red maps seem to be especially bad). Maxing resistances is easy though, so this is definitely a decent starter build.

I guess I'll at least continue to give Sirus (A0) a try, but thats probably as far as I can go with this build.

Sorry you don't see much hope ziceta. If you want to make your character tab on the PoE website public, I can take a look at your character and see if there's anything I can pinpoint that may be an issue. If you're up for it. Though I die sometimes with this build, I do harsh content with it quite fine. A8 conquerors, Vaaled T16s, Level 83+ everything. I do die sometimes but not enough that it bugs me. So maybe there's something missing your setup or maybe it's just not your style. Both are ok of course. Let me know if you want me to take a look.
