Sorry, you have replica mistwall listed under defensive layers, but don't mention it in gear anywhere. Did it get phased out? Or is it just a more defensive choice while 2x scepters is offensive?

they should be used together, replica mistwall for ultis and clear. double sceptres for bossing.

tailwind boots can be a viable option, it won't have have 100% uptime though

No, Bladefall and Blade Blast are spells, not attacks. Mind Drinker is there for the max mana and the "recover 2% of mana on kill".

- In configuration, you have Warcry Calculation Mode set to Max Hit - change that to Average.
- You are missing Controlled Destruction from the blade blast setup.
- Missing quality on your gems.
- His weapons are better, lightning damage on belt & ring

I'm f***ing retarted.

Played POE like 3k hours, never played BF/BB before and I linked BB and BF wrong. I linked BF with ArchMage setup instead BB.
F***ing stupid, played like that until lvl 89.

I knew that something was wrong with my dmg, I did Awakened lvl 1 conquerors like 15mins each :D

Now I'm skyrocket, dmg is huuuge!
