(3.16) NERFED DO NOT PLAY THIS Raider Archmage BF/BB [CHEAP, Tanky, HCSSF viable, (100m+ dps)

and you have ample on your basalt instead of chemist's

Sorry just wanted to ask, where in your guide is the flask information?

I saw you updated it yesterday with which flasks to use but don't see any flask breakdown to that level
Hello!

Thanks for the build it's really nice to play !
The beginning is a bit tough then it's so smooth. Not a big fan of the general cry set up, but with ancestral call & faster attack instead it's not clunky anymore imo.
Good luck with all your reply, apparently lot of people can't read :)

they were in pob, now it's on the post directly underneath my initial post as well as pob.
What are your thoughts on trinity / call of the brotherhood variants of the build?
Would the manastorm unique shield be a good option untill i get a better 2nd scepter?

85% increased Energy Shield
+64 to maximum Mana
46% increased Mana Regeneration Rate
When you Cast a Spell, Sacrifice all Mana to gain Added Maximum Lightning Damage
equal to 25% of Sacrificed Mana for 4 seconds
Im only up to yellows and it was a rocky start because i switched too early, but now i am cruising through the game. Can finish every ultimatum easily.
Im just wondering what to upgrade first.
Thinking about getting atziris foible, because i think it only gets beaten by an insane rare later on? Or am i wrong there?
Thanks for the guide, i did not like it at the start because it felt weird and slow, but not its feeling great :)
I just echant my helmet with 40% BB damage
It worth or better to sell for out inq brothers?

Ty for build. Are you guys satisfied with it?

I chose this build because it was advertised as being tanky.
But it's the opposite, it does nice dmg and it's squishy lol. T1 ultimatums are mopping the floor with me (lvl 79). On surival ones you can feel it's missing AoE cuz more and more enraged mobs are chasing you, so that's a recipe for disaster.

And what I found after respeccing is that it has a fuckton of buttons and stuff to lookout for (fortify, arcane cloak, vaal grace, conductivity and haven't even touched vaal RF).

Should have started with a slamer as I intented initially. Shame cuz I like the zoomy feeling of the build.

Sorry that you're having such a rough time with the build but it's entirely on you for not reading the guide more thoroughly. You're not running 20% qual flasks and you have ample on your basalt instead of chemist's, you don't have enough mana on gear and you're missing literally one of the most important things listed in the guide which is a mind drinker anointment. This restores 2% mana per kill which is absurd and is what makes sure your mana isn't at 10% when you do take a hit. You're not running a shield and you haven't allocated agnostic. Doesn't help that your weapons are both incredibly wrong with low mana rolls and a +1 to lightning.

It's not subjective if the build is tanky or not, it is tanky and offers ridiculous EHP with one of the highest max hits taken a right side tree build can offer this is also seen within the PoB under calcs. I'm perfectly fine with taking criticisms on the build but not when you're not even playing the same build as everyone else.

20% qual flasks when map starting? Usually I do that when hitting yellow/red maps, because of few glassblowers

I tried to get a chemist's but didn't have enough luck to get one.

Yea, not having mind drinker is my mistake.

Your guide says only about a Replica Mistwall, good luck getting that on SSF. Actually I migrated to SC trade because I needed the Essence Worm, cuz my dps sucked hard.

And for Agnostic I'm quoting you: "For Agnostic you should be at a comfortable level of mana regen, you should not spec into Agnostic on your initial respec into archmage as you won't be able to sustain it."

I agree that my weapons are shit, but man, I literally started mapping. Most builds I did breezed through T1 with leveling gear. They way this build was advertised, I expected nothing less. I'm gonna make the corrections you suggested and give it another try. I'm not trying to shit on your build, but that was my first impression on it.

And since we're here, why would you inflate the PoB using perfectly rolled items?

no, puts you at risk of dying
+1 to Ravelex post.

@ChemistHCSSF - appreciate your guide, it seems that while investing it will be powerfull build. But it is should be not advertised as league starter.
My luck is very bad, i did collect only 20c doing acts; now i've flushed everything into ring, regrets and minor upgrades - and with current shitty gear i am struggling in t1/t2;
