samething happended to me reinstall with path of building fork community and it works!

For more damage one could use the admiral chest, EE and link bladefall to combustion. -69% fire res. Could switch out lightning pen to fire pen or maybe increased aoe /awaken aoe. Unsure how overlap scales. A hit to survivability compared to a gg 15% mom chest but could switch other dmg passives for more def.

On that topic how many overlaps do Blade Blast get on a single target?

Got some slight improvement for the POB.

If you respec the 5 points for Divine Judgment you can invest them like this:

2 for Lightning Walker
1 + 1 for the Mana Notes under Scion
1 Mana and Mana Flask effect

You get:
More Damage ( just slightly)
More Mana > More deffense
More Mana flask effect > more mana regen
15 % Lightning Res.

Anyone can explain me why we use main skill (BF/BB) untill we got 68 lvl + ? please :)

I see that in your post there are different Gems as in the PoB (for leveling)

Which ones are the ones to use?
