Why u dont use Hydrosphere? Or i just blind and cannot saw it. Or it is not very necessary to use it?

I assume there is some awkwardness playing Storm Brand on Occultist before you get 2x Call of the Brotherhood to deal cold damage and take advantage of your ascendancy. Considering the rings were 80c last league start, it sounds like quite a grind. How does the build fare with just lightning damage very early in the league? Can you do yellow maps comfortably without CotB?
