Storm Brand does have the "chaining" tag so my understanding is that it would send a beam to a 4th enemy with that mastery. Might be worth if you're worried about clear speed.

Well, it shows it chains but doesn't seem that good unfortunately. (unless im missing something, 10­~ points isnt worth chaining 1more time)

Clear was never a problem so is chaining really necessary? I’d rather have lucky non crits if I was full lightning, or increased crit chance against shocked enemies.

Thoughts on leveling as spellslinger with storm brand?

First of all, great build, looking towards starting with it in Scourge league.

Which one of your storm brand builds do you expect to be benefiting more from the passive tree changes? Is the power distribution overall unchanged or is the Guardian variant slightly favoured due to the movement of brand notables?

Will you update all pobs? only "Literal God" apdated for 3.16

2. Elemental Overlord + Brand skills
3. Some life + caster notes (
4. Elemental mastery
5. at leasts the caster and damage notes
-> level 75

For early progression EO + "non crit Lightning Damage is lucky" from lightning mastery seems really good. Got some solid Pob numbers with starter gear. I will switch to crit based later probably.
