Specifically when you can get your hit damage above 2million. That will allow you to get the full 50% on Sirus level bosses. Brutality is better for pure damage than cruelty though. However the anomalous cruelty seems really strong. 1% critical strike chance per percent quality to supported skills. Getting quite a good grasp on the skill! I'm now leveling in T16 20% delirious maps, already killed Omniphobia as well. Here's another really fun fight that I decided to take on - deathless again. I see that the build is pretty good and well balanced now. Only expensive items are Kaom's and Atziri's Acuities; Acuities are not necessary. Gems all less than 5C Flasks all 1C Jewels all 10C Helmet 15C Boots 10C Belt 15C Rings both 20C Amulet 30C Staff 20C Kaom's 70C Atziri's 60C Can do T16 40-60% Delirious including bosses, deathless quite easily. It's a VERY non-PoB build because it uses overlapping Spell Cascade and Unleash.
