There's a mastery that gives 40% CDR for convocation (under Minion Defense, so may be tricky to fit). Can probably address CDR on belt too, and there's a helm enchant for Convocation CDR (although I'd probably go for a mana efficiency enchant if I had the funds to do it..).
And I agree, Convocation CDR is probably a point of optimization ever since I got a Primordial Might and made the golems actually do stuff.

Oh, didn't read the mastery CDR.. yeah, belt, boots (shaper/crusader in both cases) and helm enchant I think are the options. Not sure if there are other CDR sources left in the game. There's also the standard 20% quality. Not sure it's too cost effective to go beyond the 20% qual + the mastery.

Get Divergent Dash. It will solve most of your problems. On the topic of Convocation specifically, 20% from quality and 40% from mastery should be enough. A tip would be to rely more on movement speed from Phase Run and flasks and use Dash + Convocate more sparingly.

But again, I can't stress enough how much Divergent Dash helps with full PEPEGA dashes. It caues your dash to give you Phasing for 2 sec so you can just run out from sticky situations.

What is the next piece of gear I should go for DPS improving? Cluster Jewel, Skin of the Lords or Awakened gems?

Also, I notices the golem is struggle with aggro/have weird behavior in tight spaces (dugeon maps...). They don't attack mob even if they are on the other side of the door even with Feeding Frenzy - "aggressive" (I don't have Primordial Might yet, but I think they works the same way). Anyone having the same problem?

Currently using the Dead Recking jewel for those situations, and the Summon Skeletons works very well with our Body Armor's gems.

Don't know, I've never played full Phys.
It would be a completely different build with different auras and curses. Might be worth trying to make that work, not sure.

AW Cold pen, divergent Hypo and AW Added Cold Damage
So I made some adjustments, such as removing feeding frenzy from the zombies for now and adding convocation. Just having convocation the build feels 10x smoother. spectres now run feeding frenzy instead of predator, not sure about that currently but it works for now. I essentially REALLY need to free up gem slots with like determination on shield and exposure on cold penetration... Zombies kind of seem like deadweight(pun intended) so I will be removing them as soon as possible.

edit: also took your advice and swapped to storm brand which feels much better since i don't dash into packs lol

I changed from the phys version to cold, cold feels much better and no need to be in the middle of packs for your pride to work.
Just to get this right, the best gem setup for the highest Singletarget DPS is still a 5B-1G Skin of the Lords with following gems: Raise Spectre (SO) - Awakened minion damage - Increased crit. damage - Summon phantasm - Divergent Predator - Divergent Hypothermia? Just thinking about if there's anything which would boost the Boss DPS by a noticable amount. I would say I pumped about ~60EX into the build and was wondering if there's anything I could do to boost up the DPS even more? I alreay got the trigger craft wand with +1 and minion att. speed and damage, helmet with 18 minion damage and 20 hypothermia and a shield with +2 min. frenzy/power and a good cluster setup. Any Ideas?
No idea if it was a good idea. but since I got this enchant on my helmet, I speced into Dreamer and Arcane Will and replaced desecrate in the gloves with a lvl 1 Precision. 30 mana left and seems to run without any major mana issues so far.

While being the least qualified to answer this. one thing I can se is a amulet with "to Level of all Intelligence Skill Gems" should boost your dps. Deadandlivins min-maxed one on the front page even got +1 to all phys gems.
