[3.14] Mjolner Inquisitor done right by Rico

Question about the Watchers Eye.
I have currently the gain 30 ES on hit one - is it worth switching to increased ES recovery with it only being max. 15%?

Nah, 30 ES on hit is good enough.

I was wondering if anyone has tried Loreweave with this build for the crit chance. I know you only get half the ES that Shavronnes give and Lightning damage/Chaos pen.
Hey couple questions, I hope these haven't been asked yet:

Is there another way to level this without hollow palm?

and roughly how much invested in this build is the minimum to get it started?

Looks like a fun build, can't wait to liquidate my league starter for this build.

I did this for around 30 exalts.
bought L21 gems etc...
but can be done a lot cheaper obviously.

dropped a insane watchers eye with another character for es on hit, haste onslaught and haste phasing.
the guy can move now.

Its great for ultimatum encounters and heist even though I dislike for melee range and bosses.

This is low life build, Shavs is required otherwise you will be destroyed by any chaos damage.

I have converted the LL version to a max block hybrid version based on the version a guild mate was playing. For the moment I kept the presence of Chayula for the stun immunity and 60 chaos res and tbh I am not being destroyed by chaos damage so far. I should try to get some chaos res on other gear but obviously I am still currency limited.

It does feel a lot tankier and clear speed is really nice and fun. The more trash mobs around the better. Arc chains are flying everywhere and decimating packs swiftly. Boss DPS could be better though so that's where I need to improve on. Was stuck at level 92 for several days but now that I switched I made it to lvl94.

Build is also pretty good for ultimatums. I usually do them all the way even up to T16 unless there were some hard map mods. Less life/ES regen is quite tough with all the ultimatum mobs chasing me. First Sirus (A5) went deathless. Took a while but being able to tank some hits and with good mobility I got him down. Hopefully it will stay possible on higher awakening levels. Hopefully some more currency and better gear!

Thanks for the build. Always wanted to play with Mjolner and this is really good fun!
You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.
Hey can you help me out with this build? Ive been playing it for 2 weeks now and I really like how it feels but idk if im missing something I ALWAYS get killed one hit on bosses or sometimes even ultimatum.

Am I missing any tanky layers?

Heres the POB: https://pastebin.com/zs52DvMx

I have mostly all the gear you have except for the better belt upgrade. And I put a 2nd arc in the chest over ball lightning since I dont have a 6L yet and it feels nicer.

I found I had similar issues with survivability. Ball lightning with es on hit is absolutely king for survivability, especially ultimatums. Check out my POB for some of the changes I've made.

https://pastebin.com/CW0V2Hqg (something isn't right in the POB, missing 3 all resistance from something ^.^)

Aspect of the spider + Fenemus boots gives you es on hit, a good damage boost, and lets you use recovery watchers. For SAFE and perm RF, both is best, especially in ultis.

As was mentioned by someone else as well, onslaught ring helps bumped attack speed by A LOT which helps hit breakpoints, and also means more healing with es on hit.

Like you said, a 6l will help you a lot (dmg and survivability). You will be able to switch to BL and get the massive sustain from es on hit. 1 shots are inevitable on this build I feel as the phys mitigation is pretty rough (you can see where I took endurance charge on melee crit with another thread of hope, saved 6 skill points - this is a good chunk of phys mitigation).

You also save like 5-10ex on the boots and 5ex or so on the watcher's eye which can be invested into other upgrades (my 3 mod watcher was 5ex. Any es on hit watcher is 9ex
