tarkecat asked 1 harvest question. basically asked why it was put in so OP and the answer was that more devs should have been involved. not exact words but that is how it went. you could tell that rory didn't want to talk about it. so they KNOW what they are doing is wrong for the majority of players by this nerf
poe is going down fast. Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 have no performance issues. play them instead

Unfortunately it seems the harvest changes are confirmed. While they weren't discussed in detail. In the announcement video linked below at 15:14 Chris says "As discussed in the recent Development Manifesto the current 3.13 version of Harvest is too rewarding so we're rebalancing it's crafting and also increasing how often you'll encounter portals to the sacred grove". Then he talks about the 60% increased encounter rate and that each seed will have a chance to grant a craft since there where too many crafts and I quote again "Some of the most powerful crafting options have been removed or changed."

I would suggest buffing the use of exalted orb. Using exalted orb on an item gives you a t3-t1 random mod only, not below t3. This way, players can gamble using the exalted orb to have a 1/3 chance of getting a t1 mod.

sorry, but some people really do need harvest contrary to what other people think.
also, there was no discussion about the harvest nerfs. there was however the first post stating what was going to happen. please correct me if i'm wrong but to discuss something means... " which did not happen. i honestly see no point in having the development manifesto if they are just going to do whatever they want, no matter the impact on so many people's enjoyment of the game. count the posts, it affected a lot of players. i know and understand that the game is the sole property of GGG. that said, how many players will stop putting real money into a game when the devs do not communicate with the very people that give them money. i myself am one of those that will no longer put any money into it. i mean come on, nerf the shit out of it if you want but at least give people the common courtesy of a simple reply. that is what pisses me off more than anything poe is going down fast. remember! the only way we can show our protest is to keep the wallet closed. maybe that's the only way to show that the majority of players don't agree. a lack of communication with the community has already broken the neck of other games. if ggg is of the opinion that the game should only be designed for the 1%, then you have to live with the consequences.
