they are "stuck" because divergent determination does not work in PoB.
Divergent Determination adds X armour, where X is your evasion x (0.1 x aura effect).
So with 300% aura effect, you gain 30% of your evasion as armour, capping you.

its mainly coming from enhance lv4 linked to divergent determination lv 21 or 22, and the stat from divergent determination wont show on pob, so u have to go into your character to check.

i saw you haven't reach 300% aura mod yet, currently at 289%, make it to 300 is the day and night difference. So you can put a 25% mod on your chest or switch 2 of your 5 passive medium jewels to 6 passive one, either one option would probably bring you to 300. Just make sure its 300% on pob before you craft/repalce any gear.
Also, i personally would replace melee splash for full life damage, it sure will brings down your aoe a tiny bit, but it provides 50% more single target damage, its jut my preference. Hope it helps
I had 2 6% nodes not takin. I am now at 326%...

One thing about physical damage reduction via armour - game counts it against some weak hits. If you type in in POB in calculation hit for example 10000 (some dangerous phys crit, slams etc, actual legit dangerous hits), damage reduction of the build is nowhere near 90%. It is bit misleading. Armour is less and less effective the greater received hit is.

so far so good, still getting levels to fill in aura effect clusters!
once im good level and can properly compare, I'll write a little bit about it.

- elegant hubris with 3 minion dmg nodes? only thing with that is if I did that I'd have to unspec one of the medium cluster jewels to get enough points. Dunno which one you would take out to do that
- is double renewal/rotten claws/vicious bite large clusters the ideal cluster setup? seemed to be some debate about that
have about 100-130ex worth of gear to sell from the old build to give some idea about budget.
3) is bottled faith not really needed for this build? have one from my old build but don't see the handful of people on poe.ninja using it...

im still learning this build myslef, so i dont want to give out some wrong info, but as far as i can tell, u got some pretty good ones.
As for aura mod %, u can go to calc tab, then selcct one of your active auras, it should bring out some more detail charts directlly below, in the top middle you should see your aura %

I don't think that's correct, from what I've researched every part of mitigation is a different layer.
First pure armour soaks a hit with a formula then that new figure takes 90% Phys reduction into account and divides the new post-armour soaked hit by 90%. The. A further mitigation of fortify and any other extended mitigation you have.
