hi FF4ternity, I've just checked your build. Couple of pointers:

1. Agility Notable (30Dex node over Insightfulness) is not necessary, since you dont need extra Dex over 212. You can replace it with additional Attack Speed under precision.
2. Rest of the passive tree is quite good.
3. I dont if it's a mistake in the PoB or actually it's like that, Arcane Surge is linked with Herald of Ice. Instead, you must link it with Flame Dash. Also keep it only Level 6 to trigger Arcane Surge effect every time you use Flame Dash.
4. Get a Vaal Discipline instead of Discipline. It's a life saver in most of the cases. Vaal Disciple skill basically a Energy Shield flask.
5. You have Empower with Cast When Damage Taken + Immortal Call + Precision setup. I am assuming it's to boost the Precision. In my opinion it's not worth it, you can cap Hit Chance already other ways.
6. You can anoint your Amulet with Tempering Catalyst for extra ES.
7. Your other items and damage is quite good.

Overall, i think most of the things are very good in your build. Please have a look at my suggestions and see if you like to change.

Oh my god dude, those changes you did literally made my char so much better. I'm actually easily farming shaper now. Thank you so much QOSMOZ for both your fast relpy and the amazing rework of my POB. You rock, thank you good sir!

For the headhunter version, is there anything else that needs to be done gear/tree wise? I do currently have CDR on my belt for damage, is there a way to make up the loss of CDR? I am currently at the second breakpoint.

I'm also having mana problems as it seems the high attack speed is causing me to use an excessive amount of mana and not having enough to constantly cyclone. How do you recommend I fix this?

Reading a ton of your posts QosmozGaming and they are awesome. I'm having a rough time just dying to random hits in game. It looks like phys hits just randomly slamming me. Any suggestions for my build I'm in the end game.

Edit: After doing chimera he just 1 shots me. Not sure whats going on.
Edit2: https://pastebin.com/sjxyypZ7 there's pob if anyone could help me out. Just about everything is killing me in one hit. It cant be the 600 es missing that allows everything to one shot me. I just can't figure it out though.

well actually pretty good stuff you have there. I would suggest get +2 Prism Guardian if you can manage the resistances. Get better gems maybe (all these will be minimal damage increase). Check and compare the PoB with High Budget in this guide.

Overall, you have very good build. You can go cluster setup if you like but not much benefit doing that.

I am still working on the additional Haste buff for perfect 10.05 APS build. Nearly done, I will post it latest this weekend. Need to test it also in standard first.
