Hey! I'm loving the build but I could use some pointers. My accuracy rating is not 100% atm, any recommendations on what i should replace to get it?

" hi Filtheyftw, i've just checked your build. Overall, it looks good, just regular stuff that you need to level your gems, get better gems, and extra passive points. One thing you need to fix is the cold resistance must be the highest to make good use of The Wise Oak flask. Right now, you do not penetrate cold resistance. Your Fire Resistance is the highest. If you fix that, it's free extra damage for you. Second point is to fix your Hit Chance. You can add Summon Ice Golem (maybe with an Unset Ring) or get a different ring on the other slot with Flat Accuracy Rating. Rest is to optimize and add gear/items :) Have a look at my FAQ section. Hey again! Thanks for the great advice on my last post. I've made some changes since last.
I'm grinding for lvl 94 currently whicih will give me more AS and Accuracy. I've got about 18ex budget currently to upgrade some items but I'm looking for some pointers on what to do next. PoB: https://pastebin.com/qVZcTZ7v I'm thinking of either buying a second circle of fear or investing in cluster setup. Large cluster costs around 15ex as of today. So, do i go for rings, cluster or boots/helmet. Thanks! |

Almost double damage: 1) Get a Level 21 Precision (70c) 2) Rework the passive tree as the recommended one: You are missing Heart of Ice which is massive damage + precision to get hit capped 3) Level 20/20 gems + Ice Nova Level 21/23 (2.5ex) or Anomalous Ice Nova Level 21 (9ex) 4) Get Enchanted Ice Nova 40% damage Crown of the Inward Eye (100c) 5) Get Level 21 Hatred and Zealotry (without Quality is fine) (50 to 60c each) 6) Get 10% Ele Penetration Sin Trek - 100c to 1ex 7) Get better rolled flasks (Wise Oak + Atziri) - 50 to 100c 8) If you have money left - Get Bottled Faith and replace with Cinderswallow. However you need Onslaught still to get higher APS. All these should be feasible within your budget. Let me know if you have any questions. You wrote that I should get Ice nova 21/23 but in PoB Vaal Ice Nova is listed in the weapon and chest slot. Is there a reason for using Vaal Ice Nova in the weapon or is a regular 21/23 Ice Nova good enough in the weapon slot? I bought a regular Ice Nova 21/23 and put it in my weapon. Hopfully that's good. 1) Is regular Ice Nova 21/23 viable in the weapon slot? 2) When would it be worth to switch to double circle of fear and cluster jewels? 3) If i get a bottled faith, where do I get onslaught from? Having a ton of fun with your build as my first CoC build and I feel like I'm getting close gear wise to the Endgame non-cluster version but I also feel like I'm missing more damage than I should be. My PoB shows about 6.5M DPS on the CoC Ice Nova while the End Game PoB shows about 11.5M. I know that I'm missing: Ice Nova helm enchant Hits against chilled enemies on Fingerless Silk Gloves A couple levels for the last Jewel slot and the "Breath of Rime" node Level 21 Herald of Ice (Probably gonna pick this up soon) A better rolled cospri's with like an ele damage or atk spd enchant or smth A couple alt-qual gems (like maybe anomalous ice nova or smth) The extra 2% ele pen on my boots enchant Here's my current PoB: https://pastebin.com/xqUkpm2p I've made a few diversions from the build like going with bonechill skitterbots instead of the buffed up HoI. Edit: forgot to check Alira so updated the PoB Do all of these combined add up to that extra 5M DPS or am I missing some things whether they're in how I set up the configuration in PoB or gear wise?
