missing heist team members

I just tested with lvl2 Deception new guy and he unlocked an other missing guy after a few missions

This should be the solution : play with them more even low lvl and try to do it on lvl1 mission requirement

So far didn't worked for me, will try some more tomorrow because I'm tired of this today. :)

[edit] Finally done it and I can progress, yay.

Guys I am lvl 94, and still have plenty of missing heist members! I really like heists, but damn, this league is a joke, so many bugs and issues!

I'm pretty sure there are no bugs about acquiring rogues.

Isla is the only starting rogue who does not introduce any new rogues.

Many people reported that you need to use each rogue in a contract matching their specialization with the exception of Huck. You need to use Huck at least once in Lockpicking, Brute Force, Demolition and Engineering to get Niles to appear.

nothing i have the same problem with deception some one can explain to me what can i do

This is a pretty old thread. Usually what you do is do a contract with Vinderi, and he will bring Giana. Quest contracts don't count, have you done any regular contracts with him?
