I thought only active skills would have alternate quality, so it wouldn't compete with Awakened support gems. Guess it's gonna be a choice sometimes.

Alternate Quality 3: Minions are Created with maximum Frenzy Charges. It's permanently frenzy charges? Or they will disappear after ~6 seconds? |

I think they did well with promoting build diversity with these new qualities. However, there are still a lot of skills and supports that still have glaring weaknesses compared to others.

"Freezing Pulse: Cannot Pierce enemies"
Can anyone enlighten me why this is good? I've thought about it and I can't grasp what exactly this does to the skill.. I know Freezing Pulse can't shotgun, does this alt. quality change that fact? Help :( |
