10ex isn’t even enough to scratch the surface for this build. You can’t afford an explody chest yet alone unatural instinct or a gg sceptre/cluster jewel. I’d say the entry for this build to comfortably destroy content is 50 ex minimum. The guys playing HSC don’t even need to play the shield varient as you don’t ever die period. It’s harder to max your chaos res now than ever since gear isn’t available and you lose so much dps the build feels like trash with a shield. Finding gear now is next to impossible for upgrades since no one is playing the league. You’re better off with poison or fire bv to be honest.

High damage alternative if you're willing to sacrifice some survivability.
ALso fairly cheap.

Hello loved the build last league and finished it with perfect res and chaos cap on a dual wield setup with hh. Definitely the most satisfying build in a while. My question, would the new gloves give us a huge dps boost? We lose full conversion from 100% to 75 and hp but gain a flat ~700 phys for roughly 1378 phys damage taken pre mitigation. Assuming you’re using 3700 mana recently. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Hand_of_the_Fervent. Or slap agnostic?

I also wanted to see how the Heist version felt. This was my favorite build in Harvest but I skipped last league. Still felt bonkers?

Hi! Is anyone here that played Disintegrator as Cold BV, and this version ?
I saw some "Shaper balls tankying" vids on yt and those guys use the Disintegrator staff. It looks like kinda cheap weapon for as before a decent scepter and feedback guys ? :)

Disregarding which one is tankyer or not, Disintegrator got changed (no phys dmg to spells, but got Battlemage notable), but shouldn't be that different in damage wise.

But it's definitely not a cheap option to league start with, since it's an Über Elder drop. It's going to be very expensive in the first week and then radically get cheaper when more people start doing the fight (it's the same with Indigon).
And you wan't to spend your currency on Explo chest and Indigon first.

So no,rare scepters are way more cheaper options in the first few weeks.

In the 1st week sure but second week ect. uber Elder drops will go down in price.This is not the best starter you can pick to be honest. You are probably better of just going any other "kill A8 on tabula" build and after a week spend 5h to level this bad boy up, and feel some sort of immortality after aura stackers nerf hammer :P


I'm really curious how the Disintegrator version is performing in comparison to this one because i never played the Disintegrator ver.

Anyone else planning on playing this (at some point) in 3.13? I'm currently planning to league start with TR and then respec into this after a week, so I'm just reading back through some of the posts from when Heist launched to get ideas for the priority of my "shopping list". Hoping that the returning Harvest stuff isn't nerfed too hard because I know this build can make a lot of great use from it.

I'm not 100% decided though, because I have a TR mines trickster PoB as a backup (and can then respec to assassin after a week)...

i'm planing to start with TR and farm some currency.
depends on the situation of harvest crafts i might change to this build. for "shopping list" i would proiotise unnatural instict then watcher eye. other items are rare wich can be crafted but unnatural instict is always expensive in my experience.

what else variants can we use for league start except caustic arrow?
