Yeah, definitely one shots most of the time. I'll be rolling through stupidly hard content fine, but then get one shot in a map and won't know what did it.

I have arcane cloak solely for the "mana used recently" effect. So I pop it before bosses to get mana usage way up. I think it was recommended by Tripolar Bare in his video on the Cold BV PF.

Are you sure its not reflect? Cause looking at your pob even without any guard skills you should be just fine. The only hole in your defense I can see is no capped res without wiseoak.

Are there random mobs that have reflect on them? I always check my maps and stuff to ensure it's not a modifier.

Then I can only imagine you got hit when your flasks where down
