This is a really nice version of the build. Only critique would be (a) T1 spell block on shield would allow you to skip spell block roll on watcher's eye (although a double mod watcher's eye is extremely expensive anyway so...) and (b) a Herald of Ice enchant is much better here. Your current unreserved mana with Enlighten 3 linked to HoI is 40. If you had a HoI 30% enchant, you could remove Enlighten 3 and still have 85 unreserved mana which you could use for Portal / Vaal RF
Thank you! Yeah, I would have loved to get a T1 spell block but I ended up buying my shield for super cheap so I couldn't pass it up and I already had the watcher's eye, so luckily it fit. Es on hit/Cold pen would be the dream but the price is simply too much for me lol.
You make a great point, it would save me a gem slot, I never even thought about a HoI enchant. Definitely a useful tip.

So, pretty much finished all of my items - minor tweaks remains. But I love the build, I'll most likely not play it in future leagues though. The damage output is high enough, that I don't feel the need for Vaal RF, unless I do something like Sirus carry.

The gems without quality, are like that because the quality on those gems makes no diffirence. Not that I have thought a lot about pantheons, but I use lunaris and ralakesh.

The gems without quality, are like that because the quality on those gems makes no diffirence. Not that I have thought a lot about pantheons, but I use lunaris and ralakesh.

With the same configuration as the PoB I linked, you have 970k nova damage.
My tree is slightly diffirent from yours. Your amulet is missing cold pen, I've anointed tranquility, and pathed to deflection in my tree. My amulet gives you a 20% dmg boost, so a solid +200k. My watchers eye has cold pen aswell, which would give you another 10% increase. I've also slotted in an extra crit multi jewel in my tree after reaching 99, opting for slightly less AoE.
Although small, the +1 max power charges and nova enchant on helm also make a slight diffirence in dmg.
