Having worked with vets and with folks in AA/NA in general, I've gathered that the Fourth is widely considered the hardest day to stay sober for any number of reasons but this one is up there on the list.

The good news is, the little shits have no concept of rationing ammo and they blow through it all like Paris Hilton in a shoe store. You should be able to locate and neutralize them all by sunrise. >:^)
