im still new to this build, but i just asked the same question couple pages back, so i took a look at your med jewels, there are 2 of them you only have replenishing presense, but missing first amount equal or 25% pssaive increasd. So this might be the problem you can't hit 90%, u need 4 of the med jewels to hit 90% afaik.

Not sure how to link my cluster jewels but nothing out of the ordinary:
2x 8-passive large with Renewal + Rotten Claws
4x 6-passive medium with First Among Equals + Replenishing Presence

70-80ish exalts in, not sure exactly, as I fully crafted the armour from cards.

Doing Spectres. There aren't any guides and/or videos on this, so I asked around, and then went and cargo-culted a guy from PoE.Ninja

The choices I made myself boil down to:
1. I thought it would be a good idea
2. I found a deficiency after buying all the items, and had to shore it up

Why do I have two abyss jewels? I thought it would be a good idea. Why did I take a strength node? I found a deficiency etc. etc.

None of this matters, of course, because the build is (by my 4-leagues-in-total standards) absolutely insane.

Comparing to what I've seen in videos, Syndicate Operatives feel like the best clear spead, with perfectly acceptable single target. This is, in ideal circumstances.

Syndicate Ops cast a spell which triggers 3 attacks and apparently shotguns. With Spell Echo, they attack 6 times per spell cast.

Basically they throw a metric ton of daggers per second, which (appear to???) natively pierce, murdering entire screens.

In ideal circumstances.

In non-ideal circumstances, they notice an enemy daring to exist near them, drop all their daggers, run up to whoever is nearby and start throwing hands in melee. They love to throw hands. Shame they absolutely suck at it.

This mostly means that if you leave them unattended, your damage will drop hard. This is quite noticeable with bosses who have invulnerability phases, as the Syndicate ops keep creeping up in melee range during the invuln, eagerly awaiting their chance to do 1/16th of their normal DPS.

I'd love a way to make them aggressive, but I'm not sure how dropping a gem from the 6-link will affect this.

Clear is still absurdly fast, and single target mostly ok (if annoying at times).

As far as upgrades, I believe the most pertinent is to get the Doriyani's boots, 3 jewells with decreased mana reservation, and a helmet with mana reservation enchant for one of the auras, then add in a flesh and stone + maim.

Then come woke gems, and finally better rolled cluster jewels and Vivinsects.

This is a ton more currency, however, and it's not like I'm struggling to kill things. Also I'm getting kind of bored, even though I started the character 2 days ago.

Nice! That is a seriously sexy jewel. You should slam that asap, there is a 45% chance you could get stats, or life regen on it.


Wait, does this mean we dont necessarily need Replenishing Presence and those two mods would as good?
If yes, i wasted quite some alts. :-/

Well it's not quite that simple. Replenishing Presence gives you 8% aura effect (the same as a 35% boosted small node) BUT it also gives you 1% regen for both you and your Minions. So it's a awesome node. It isn't NEEDED, but it's hardly wasted.
my minions died at depts 195. what is my problem? anybody can check my profil?

btw sirus 8 smelt all minions.

Do u have a pob to share? Have been thinking going for spectre instead of golem, but afraid it might not work out, glad someone is making it work.

Thats ok, just means i wont roll over it until I have Replenishing on everything else.

Your medium aura cluster jewels only have 4 (small) passive, 6 is the better option to gain more aura effect, so both you and your minions gain extra max resistance and a ton of damage from your auras. Also get those you're missing on the tree itself, like the one at sovereignty

Getting that increase in damage probably will solve the problem of them dying, since they will kill faster even one-shot most trash. ;)

Sirus is more a mechanical fight, you need to learn then a defense or DPS fight. The trick is to not get hit by anything in there.
A jewel with corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you also helps, A LOT.

Use bone armor as if it's a flask to save your minions and yourself...

Perhaps also invest in a watcher's eye, for your own survivability.

On a side note, does anyone know why my 21+2 Purity of Lightning gem in my shield is enough for 90% max lightning res but my lvl 20+3 Purity of Fire in my ring with +3 levels to socketed gems is only 89%?
whats the trick to making sure you have the correct 3 specter? every now and then one will die. they look identical so it just turns into me running around act2/6 trying to spawn the right one in a sea bodies paying attention to which charges start popping up
