Hi Gryphenprey,

great guide. I followed your PoB and guide except for the helmet. I switched to Crowd of the Inward Eye. Which amulet anoinment would you suggest instead of Crusader for me?

Thanks in advance

Mind Drinker would be my go-to off the top of my head. Gives lots of mana and 2% mana on kill and is a very cheap anoint. Otherwise I'd go to your POB, go to amulet and edit it, use the anoint option, and use the sort by option to figure out what would be most damage.

Or you can take one of good life nodes left on the tree. Heart of the Warrior comes to mind.
Do you still recommend to place fevered mind in the templars jewel socket?

nope, not worth anymore
I went thorugh every anointment and pointed the good ones out. Revelry was the most appealing for my build considering dps, mana and mana regen. I also took Healthy Mind in for testing. I also tested Heart of the Warrior.

With Revelry and a rare jewel i have:
Life: 4706
Mana: 10283
Mana Regen: 4395
Total Pool (eHP): 21494
Effective Hit Pool: 187796

With Heart of the Warrior and a rare jewel:
Life: 4948
Mana: 9879
Mana Regen: 4238
Total Pool (eHP): 21072
Effective Hit Pool: 183101

With Revelry and Healthy Mind:
Life: 4044
Mana: 11606
Mana Regen: 4907
Total Pool (eHP): 22435
Effective Hit Pool: 197186

It seems that sacrificing life for mana doesn't make the build more squishy but more tanky and also boosts dps. Even when i take out the Guard out of the eHP calculation due to possible cooldown MoM is superior. Am I missing something?

the one thing you're missing here is that your 1-shot protection is gated behind your life total. Assuming you ahve 50% MoM effect, at 4k life that maximum single hit damage you can take is 8k. If you ahve 5k, that number is 10k. It's a huge difference in terms of getting 1-shot, which is all you care about. Nothing should be able to kill you unless it's 1-2 hits.
Thanks for clarifying this. You are absolutely right.

How would you spend the remaining 5 skill points with a lvl 100 character? I used 3 points to put another jewel on the tree.

Thank you, in your pob you socket sigil of power - arcane surge - second wind - arcane cloak in your gloves (with lvl 18 faster casting), you dont longer need desecrate in the gloves?

That's correct, the gloves are just leftover from before. No longer need faster casting gloves.
i see a lots of players use lignting penetration instead of GMP.
also lots of players use crown of the inward.
what do you think?

Crown is mentioned in the guide.

Lightning Pen is more damage per hit, with fewer hits per second. GMP ends up being more DPS just by merits of firing more projectiles. Depends on what you'd prefer: more hits per sec or more damage per hit
