If nothing has changed with Loreweave, it would overwrite max res.
So you'll get your 76-78%

Transcendence is quite possibly the most busted keystone since old vaal pact like wtf is this, there better be one for evade or the tidus laughing will be off the charts.
You forget 2 things... Elemental Dots will kill u harder - like shaper fight....
And.. it says "insteed". meanning all your armor will be useless for phys damage mitigation...
Overall pretty bad tradeoff.
Yeh changing your only source of physical damage mitigation to instead reduce elemental damage taken might not be the best idea in most cases.

Also thats hopefully an indicator of the general power level their going for the new Timeless passives.

Wondering how this will work... Elemental resistances will work before or after the armour is applied? Will flat armour reduce flat damage?

And btw remember armour and physical reduction are separated things.

I would have to disagree there man, pure phys builds are op atm, impale is insane. Ur right about the 2 handers though, they are falling behind pretty hard, but that is being addressed this league, so it should even out
Well... I can see a notable that everyone's going to be pushing for as hard as they did Vaal Pact and Ghost Reaver back in the day.

One notable gives +5 to max res *AND* any armor reduces elemental damage taken form all sources.

For pure evasion, dodge, block, or ES builds with incidental armor this is *THE* node to have, above all others.



But comes from a legion jewel... so expect legion farmers to be *rolling* in the currency this league.

Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.

Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.

I wonder why they're going with this "damage taken from hits" in a few of the new content. Do they want us to work around mitigating elemental DoT? Or is this not a concern? Why specifically state "from hits"? What is the design behind that?
