Thoughts on reworked Guardian? Was able to keep dps above 13mil while dropping RF. More comfortable since we don't have to focus on regen now.

Did you have Righteous Decree before? (the mana nodes next to Templar start)

that was it!!! Thanks! That is too expensive for now so I will leave it till end game to fix and just grab another cheap ring with mana reduction for channeling skills.

I think this response was meant for me and not stoudtlr.
no that was not used in the baseline build, but this is an even easier temp fix than getting another throw away ring. I will just respec into these until later.

hmm, everything looks really good but I would be concerned about the mana reserve. I think 65 mana is barely on the borderline to make the build function. You would have to play test it at this level to see if it is viable.
Can you get -4 on the Magic Ring? If you can do that, you could lower clarity a couple of levels to free up some mana space...

Edit: Actually, I'm looking at this wrong. Vitality isn't needed any more either since only using VRF. Drop that and move clarity to arrogance. Then can add second wind back to flame dash / infernal cry links.
Another option would be to put level 1 precision in that spot instead of second wind if I get a watchers eye with crit multi mod.

ok this was no where near as bad as I expected after testing. Let me give you some information though since my build is not reliant on many mana usages that are not under my direct control.
Mana Unreserved: 53
Skills that use mana under my control: Incin, Flame Dash, Infernal Cry, Molten Shell
Skills that use mana not under my control: WOC (via CWDT)
I ran two T11 maps that were well juiced (thanks Atlas!)
The only time I ran out of mana was when I heavy spammed Flame Dash. Other than that, when the time came to plant my feet and spam incin, I had no issues in either single target or being swarmed.
Note that I am a high user of Infernal Cry.
Check your build to see what mana usage is not under your control (hextouch, reckoning(?), things like that). The more that is not under control, the harder it will be to run at a low mana pool.
I am going to stick with this 53 sized pool for a while. If you don't hear back from me, that means I am having no issues with it.

as an unrelated question, if your new version does not use RF, do you need the vitality set up any more or are you keeping that for degen ground?

thanks for the test!! You posted while I was making an edit about dropping vitality. I'm going to see how it is without it, but some of these new metamorph type things have a lot of degen so I may end up keeping it in.
