Poll: Do you want an instant buyout for the Trade Market? Let your voice be heard!
yes, there absolutely should be instand buyouts if you offer the correct currenvy

YES
"multiple stacked items to sell"... well, let every day have his own evil. It's a problem to deal later, just don't put price on stash tab that weren't complete (like cards). We can change builds and buy maps much more easily. One month to change the build when you have the resources? Then I want to play only on blighted maps... what a pain in the ass to buy them, for God sake! Also, we can get rid of the assholes who put normal prices and then rejected your offers... " There are no video-game police. A neato post about all the cool stuff Chinese servers have that we, being monetarily challenged peons, don't: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2856753/page/3#p23199817 I don't know much about that version of the game. I do know that if you want to make money in video games in the market, all you have to do is offer plenty of microtransaction. Any PoS game will make a fortune... It doesn't matter how blatantly exploitative those microtransactions are, either. Well, within reason I suppose, since I refuse to believe that all human beings don't share some common base level of intellect... But, the culture in that market and others in that part of the world is very different than typical "Western" culture when it comes down to spending money on pixel art. In essence - They may have it better because they spend a heck of a lot more money than we do and that version has to compete with fifty-eleven PoS "RMT-Grabby" titles for its cashflow. There are plenty of articles out there on Reddit/elsewhere and videos/posts of that version and other differences in general between video game RMT across cultures. For OT purposes - We won't get a buyout option. No point in asking for one. If you want to demand one, stop buying MTX and only play SSF so there's even less stuff in the marketplace to buy. (I don't honestly know how that would be possible...) |

Bet ya only price fixers are against this

Yes, the option should exist for someone to choose to sell their items that way. And for players to choose to purchase only items listed in that way. But it should not be the only way to list an item.
If the item is listed with a fixed price upon receiving that listed value the sale should be completed from the buyers side. Seller does confirmation message of agreement of cost upon putting for sale. This doesn't make trading easier, just makes it less able to be manipulated. BOTH situations require 1 person to say YES as the final say. We just you to swap the order of events nothing more. |

absolutely yes.
the market is an integral part of the game, it's full of these useless price fixers who, without this petty trick, wouldn't even be able to make tier 10 maps because they can't play. what leaves me amazed is that the ggg has not yet understood that if a player who finds for example a Badge of the Brotherhood by pure chance and sells it at 50 exa and not at 10 as the price fixer we have on ps4, which among other things uses the vaal without the annoiment, this player will be encouraged to do something more, and maybe that something in the more it will lead him to buy cosmetics with real money. Players unhappy with a free game will never spend real money, they will uninstall it. On the other hand, there are the passionate players who slowly get tired of seeing a fundamental part of the game ruined by a few. If they cannot put the buyout they would make the reporting system work properly or that the seller's and buyer's accounts were shown during the transaction. this would solve both the problem of the price fixer and of all the n00b who try to buy things of value (like 1 exalted to 1 fossil) hoping that the other side will accept by mistake. |
