If you're standing still resummoning halfway through you're wasting time and making yourself vulnerable. Consistent reanimation isn't the smoothest, especially early on, but once you hit a rhythm it's pretty easy.

That is not how you should play. Get an item filter that shows dropped AW weapons. filterblade has that option, just enable it under "Customize".

Then, when you start a map use Bladefall twice, summon like 6 weapons and start running the map. Then whenever a weapon drops, cast AW at it while you run through the map. You will be at max AWs forever and never waste time standing around.

Or if you really only want to use Lingering Blades just Bladefall whenever you have a second and summon 2-3 AWs.

Summoning all weapons at once and then doing nothing until they all go away is just really ineffective.



Whoa thanks for the amazing tip. Now I go a little too fast (dizzy) but should get used to it soon. This play style also makes the new 'Call to the Slaughter' node really sick!

Thanks! How are you doing with the build? Im really struggling in maps, delirium just wrecks me and my AW.
I have to say this build kind pushed me to uninstall and skip the league ^^

The AW do good dmg, sure, but the defense makes you die so often, it sucks.

Might be i expect to much here, but nvm, i am done. Gl @ all ;)

So you as the player take none of the blame. Even though most others breeze through maps with good clear speed and insane single target, using this build? ;)

Or maybe, if you take yourself completely away from any blame, the fact that EVERY build in the game is at the moment dying often because Delirium is overtuned, could have given you a hint that its not the builds fault.

But I guess blaming the build is easier. Anyways, GL, cya.

Are you guys using Deathmark?

Considering to replace it with something else in my 6-link, but sometimes its useful to target-kill something, so not sure about that.

Anime - Melee Splash - Minion Damage - Deathmark - Multistrike - Melee Physical is my current setup (haven't switched to cold yet).
Right now I'm in a bit of a jam with the build. I'll be going smooth at times but I'll hits snags at times where the weapons just fall apart like cheap toys and I'll be stuck in a bad spot resummoning. This is on white maps too and in some instances outside of delirium.

Working on the 4 green triads, a +1-2 wand and better gear/jewels in general but what would you suggest? I have had quite a bit of bad luck so far this league.
Been playing for 2 days and so far AW feels like slightly faster zombies with way less tankyness but I do plan to fix that later with a setup I got in mind.

Clear speed is decent. The biggest mistake I see people make so far is using deathmark...Why the fuck would you use it honestly the weapons already melt everything and once you finish lvling melee splash and have the proper speed setup on them they just speed through as fast as you go. Always skip the garbage ones like rings / armour / weapons rewards, they are utter garbage.

Here's my setup atm, I always hard stop deliriums at 5 stacks of the reward and so should you as delirium is insanely overtuned with the debuffs the further you go and it becomes literally impossible eventually for your minions to survive the constant spam of gray on gray AOEs.

Replace the feeding frenzy gem in my 6l AW setup for minion damage, minions are aggresive by default so slot that up with your carrion golem instead, you'll keep the buff up 24/7 anyway

My personal plan for later :

1: Get ravenous horde annointed on ammy.

2: Get the trigger socketed spell on skill wand.

3: Replace helmet for a Devouring Diadem ; slot in haste, skitterbots, generosity-hatred. respec points for MoM and zealots oath (zealot only if necessary, ES might be enough to handle weapons)

4: Finish uber lab - replace shield for an Ahn's heritage shield.

5: Get life/flat cold damage to minion ghastlys / 1 10% movespeed jewel / 1 blind on hit jewel (this is a huge chunk of defense)

6: 6l a Saqawal's Nest and get an aspect of the avian ring.

7: Find perfect life/minion large cluster, respect garbage 4/5% life node for cluster.

I swapped out deathmark. Damage on single target was not the limitation I was running into. Will only swap it back if I come across bosses I can't melt in higher content haha
