The distinction between "less" and "reduced" is important, 100% less would mean we'd lose all crit chance while 100% reduced means it's additive with all our "increased crit chance" multipliers.

If you want to really dump your currency into this build (and dont want to play herald for example) you can get yourself some corrupted Shavrone's with +2AoE and +2Duration which give you almost 1mil DPS on one brand.
Sorry, I've just bought these items for LL build. All my other items are from Life build. Is it already possible for me to respec passive tree and switch to LL build with these items, or will it be ineffective and I should wait until I'll get a hunter's exalt and good ench for gloves and Tranquility anointment?
I'm just...often being oneshot in t14-16 maps and some t15-16 bosses take way too much time to kill then they should, so I thought about trying to switch to LL build. The things that I still don't have in Life build are a ring with Assasin's Mark on hit and some way of generating Frenzy Charges (I've decided to buy Shadow and Dust gloves and now I...don't really know how to generate them).

Get something to generate those power (https://bit.ly/3d6dYKv) and frenzy (https://bit.ly/2Wbh1KS) charges with the stats you need. Those are mandatory things in both LL and life builds.
No need for getting the Unnerve on gloves as it is super high end crafting.
Dont wait for Tranquility anointment, get it ASAP as you switch to LL as it increase your DPS and ES greatly.
Either way I would say go for it. Switch to LL version. Your gear is quite good. Just try to find a way how to boost your ES on belt and the way to generate charges.

Well, anyway, I did and...now I've got quite slow cast speed and 1.5\5.5k life\es. My DPS visibly increased though.
