[3.10] Storm Brand – Great League Starter – Deathless Sirus/Uber Elder - Life / LL-ES / Boss killer

Fun fact, according to Craft of Exile, to craft the wand with T1 crit chance and T1 ele dmg as extra chaos (ilvl 85) you will need more than 12.5k alterations. Wtf? :D

Is Cerberus Limb a completely random drop? I still haven't found it in SSF. That said, this build definitely qualifies as SSF viable. I have crappy gear and I can run yellow maps. My damage is lacking but I can do them, again with trash gear.

I have been playing this build for a few days but I find that my DPS is ridiculously low. I know my weapon is low quality but killing bosses is awful.
I certainly missed something, if someone can let me know.

I didn't follow guide "step by step", i just read it and took many pointers on how should i gear etc. (played almost only Chaos DOT builds since my first league)
My current gear:



Few notes:
For now, awakening conquerors die in ~2sec, sirus AL8 is easy, death in maps happens only in certain oneshots, when i am to lazy and think "can I tank this?" (apprently not)
Chain for mapclear is mandatory (i swap hypothermia for bosses, same socket color)
Light of lunaris gives TONS of DPS if you can afford to drop some ES and dont need resistances.
At this moment i have ~9k ES with flasks up ~60%/30%, ~3,5mil shaper dps.
Overall Bossing feels really nice and easy, mapcelar is average with chain (need to test awakened chain, how it will affect mapclear).
Can recomend this version of storm brand to people that udnerstand game a little and how it works, newbies should start as Hiero and eventually respec into this.

What should I be focusing on upgrading in my gear?

I do a decent amount of damage, but i'm no where close to almost instant killing high tier map bosses. Further I do not have the legion jewel. I have around 6-8 exalts that I can spend on upgrades.

Is there any way how to get brand recall on higher lvl?

Also I am trying to get higher DPS but before I can buy bottled faith I have one more free space for flask, can you recommend me something?

Gems not max lvl, no lvl 21 stormbrand, quality on AW ALDS missing
